Beautifully situated by a sparkling lake on a headland with water in three directions, this spacious house offers a unique combination of nature and convenience. The large plot has both open grass areas and forest nature. Private swimming area with private floating dock provides direct access to the water. There are hiking trails, proximity to golf courses and the west coast – perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation and excursions. Hilly lot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with limited mobility. Bedroom 5 is its own guest house.

Newly renovated cottage with beds for 6 people. Two bedrooms with bunk beds as well as one double bedroom. The cottage is located next to a lake and this is the only cottage that is next to the lake, which means that the location is completely undisturbed and peaceful! Dock with swimming ladder available. Despite its quiet and peaceful location, it is no more than about 10 minutes away from the grocery store and 25 minutes away from the shopping center. Mushroom and berry picking are around the corner! Plastic boats and oars are available to borrow.

Take the chance to stay in a detached guesthouse, with proximity to Bohuslän's all the gems. Here you live with a sea view over Gullmarsfjorden, with a swimming area in a walking distance. Canoe is available for loan during the stay. The house is equipped with a 140 cm bed, two single beds in the loft and a sofa bed that can accommodate two sleeping. In connection with the cabin you have the possibility to swim, kayak in the lake system or fish by boat. Viksjön is especially known for being a good pike lake. The cottage is a good starting point for visiting the West Coast where you will find among other cozy fishing communities such as Smögen and Lysekil, Storstaden Gothenburg, restaurants and shopping centers.

Här har man en underbar utsikt över Gullmarsfjorden här finns golfbana, vandringsleder, badplats, fiske, kajak naturen är exotisk i området och mycket kultur historia. Huset är en sommarstuga byggt 1950 och är renoverat och utbyggt 1980, renoverat igen 2000 och senaste renovering 2022. En typisk sommarstuga i rustik miljö inrett med modern kök och moderna toaletter. Inredningen är rustik och smakfullt.

Warm welcome to this cozy and beautiful house in the small village Hällevadsholm at the Swedish west coast. Perfectly situated in between Gothenburg (100km) and Oslo (150km). Easy to reach by train or bus. Within a short walking distance from the house you’ll find several popular lakes for swimming, a local grocery store, a petrol station, the trainstation and busstation. It’s only a short drive to popular summer destinations as Fjällbacka ( 15km), Smögen (30km), Lysekil (34km).

Apartment on a farm with lake view

Welcome to our cozy and newly built apartment on our property. The apartment has a fantastic view over the pasture that stretches down to Viksjön. Just a few minutes away by car or bike, there is a nice beach. The farm has a good location if you want to experience beautiful nature and tourist attractions on the west coast. Within an hour, we have coastal towns such as Smögen, Lysekil and more. It is also easy to go up and explore the beautiful landscape of Dalsland.

Follow E6 towards Munkedal. About 100 km from Gøteborg. Follow sign to Torreby and Torreby Golf Course. 100 metre from the Golf Course parking place there is a dump in the road in order to slow the speed. On your right side there is a road(not asphalt) into the forrest. Follow this track and drive at the end of the road passing a horse stable and a garage. Do not take the track up to the right. The first red house is Sørli, Torreby 46. Sign 46 on the cellar door.

Summer idyll but secluded location right by the sea! Enjoy the undisturbed view and sun from morning till night. Take the stairs down to the beach and jump into the water from the jetty. Boat is included in the rent for the opportunity to go out for a trip or try your luck at fishing. The cottage is not handicapped accessible and the parking space is above the hill to the cottage. Departure cleaning is included in the price!
