Den stora tomten har både öppna gräsytor och skogsnatur. Egen badplats med egen flytbrygga ger direkt tillgång till vattnet. Här finns vandringsleder, närheten till golfbanor och västkusten – perfekt för friluftsliv, avkoppling och utflykter. Kuperad tomt med flera trappor, tyvärr inte lämplig för rörelsehindrade. Sovrum 5 är egen gäststuga.

Idyllisk hytte ved innsjø.

Hytte i idylliske omgivelser, med flotte uteområder. Meget usjenert. Høy standard med vann og strøm. Oppvaskmaskin på kjøkken. Nydelig utsikt med ca. 30 meter til egen badeplass fra berg. Hytten er godt utstyrt med 3 gode dobbeltsenger, (sengetøy med bringes) Mulighet for lån av kano og liten motorbåt. Gode fiskemuligheter, særlig for Gjørs. Fint turterreng. 13 km til 18 hull golfbane. 13 kilometer til Munkedal (matbutikker og systembolag). 22 kilometer til Uddevalla og Torp handelssenter.

Our house is situated overlooking Sweden's only real fjord with unlimited ocean views and direct access to the water. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday including three terraces catching the sun at all times of the day, a sauna and a large garden. Inside, the main house has a new bathroom, a fireplace and a TV room. There is one main house and two guest houses on the premises. The house is situated in the heart of Bohuslän, the West Coast of Sweden.

Easy to reach by train or bus. Within a short walking distance from the house you’ll find several popular lakes for swimming, a local grocery store, a petrol station, the trainstation and busstation. It’s only a short drive to popular summer destinations as Fjällbacka ( 15km), Smögen (30km), Lysekil (34km).

Nyrenoverad stuga - Naturnära intill egen sjö

Nyrenoverad stuga med sängplatser för 6 personer. Två sovrum med våningssängar samt ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. Stugan ligger intill en sjö och detta är den enda stugan som finns intill sjön vilket gör att läget är helt ostört och fridfullt! Brygga med badstege finns. Trots sitt lugna och fridfulla läge är det inte mer än ca 10 minuter till livsmedelsaffär och 25 minuter till köpcentrum. Svamp- och bärplock finns runt knuten! Plasteka och åror finns att låna.

Välkommen till detta underbara hus som kombinerar modern komfort med en lugn avslappnad atmosfär omgiven av grönska. Perfekt för familjer eller par som vill njuta av en avkopplande vistelse. Huset är nybyggt och har alla bekvämligheter. Stor parkering med 11 Kw laddbox som är tillgänglig. 150m från huset finns en sjö med en mysig och barnvänlig badplats som är väldigt populär på sommaren. Herrestadsfjällets naturreservat med Bohusleden ligger även i närheten.

Lägenhet på gård med sjöutsikt

Välkommen till vår mysiga och nybyggda lägenhet på vår gård. Lägenheten har en fantastisk utsikt ut över kohagen som sträcker sig ner mot Viksjön. Bara några minuter bort med bil eller cykel finns en fin badstrand. Gården har ett bra läge ligger om man vill uppleva vacker natur och turista på västkusten. Inom en timme har vi kuststäder såsom Smögen, Lysekil med mera. Det är även enkelt att åka upp och utforska det fina landskapet Dalsland.
