The apartment has an entrance with two parts, two separate doors, where one part is an office while the other part is an apartment. Big garden with firepit and stone build barbeque (wood provided). Spacious living room space, underfloor heating, direct mud entrance to the basement (important for living skis, booths in heated place). Sauna. Two big comfortable bedroom's , two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking ingredients. Hi-Fi, books, board games...................

Great get away. Had lots of fun on the slopes. Great restaurants close by and the place is beautiful. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time with our Dalmatians. Host is really nice and friendly and his parents are really amazing. We were nicely welcomed and we felt at home. All neighbors came to congratulate us for our success on the dog shows in Mavrovo. We made new friends, we visited nice places and we had a lot of fun.

A room with sloped wooden ceilings and warm wood paneling is presented. Two single beds are arranged with neatly folded linens. A door leads to a small balcony, allowing natural light to fill the space and offering views of the surroundings.

The mountain fortress

Simon was a great host! His house was fully stocked and heated when we arrived in the evening. The fireplace is great at heating the entire house, but there are also individual heaters for every room. The house is not at all far from the ski resort and even if you don't want to ski there are lots of beautiful and scenic walks in the area. I highly recommend renting out this house if you and a family or friends want to have a great place to rest while enjoying the natural beauty of Mavrovo.

Wonderful stay, the deck and the view of the lake we will never forget!! Peaceful, quiet, we enjoyed the sounds of nature. The host cultured, meek and always available for whatever you need, we are overwhelmed, a warm recommendation for couples with a toddler... we hope for a return trip to Mavrovo, and whenever we decide it would be just here 💛

Kosta was very quick and helpful in communication, and has a lovely house on a beautiful spot. We really enjoyed our stay there!

This place was everything we needed for our weekend getaway in Mavrovo. Great location, amenities, view in a non-pretentious homey Vila where a group of friends could relax and have a great time by the crackling wood stove. The kitchen was fully equipped, the view from the balconies was stunning, and the closed gazebo was really cool to hang out in. Will definitely come back for this experience.
