Das Haus selbst liegt in einem idyllischen Ort im Grünen. Ziele wie die Therme Erding und München sind in 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt ein modernes Bad. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 5 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

Der Hauptbahnhof ist ungefähr 1 km entfernt. Es befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.
