Our stay at High Banks Haven was very relaxing with privacy and lots of amenities. The wood burning hot tub was such a treat, we were in it multiple times a day. Once you get it to temp. it’s amazing how well it holds temperature the next morning! A quick walk down a set of stairs to the beach, it’s very rocky but that’s what we were looking for. The master bedroom was cozy and had a comfortable firm mattress. Everything was clean and tidy. Kelly was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and will rave about this place to everyone we know!

Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and very spacious. Stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Everything is updated & beds are comfortable with great bedding:) We would absolutely rent again!!!

This cabin was perfect. Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. We were able to dock our 17 1/2' fishing boat on the canal with easy access to Indian River and Burt Lake. The cabin was fully stocked with all of the essentials. We will definitely reserve again.

Such a wonderful weekend spent at Ashel’s place up north. We get to see beautiful fall colors right on Lake Huron. We had our 10 months old daughter with us and enjoyed the scenery, serenity and breathtaking view! We got lucky with a slightly warmer fall weather and we spent a whole morning with our daughter on the beach. It was so fun! It’s about 30 minutes to Mackinaw City where we took a ferry to Mackinaw island. We had a great stay! Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Everything was exactly how it was described in the listing! The place was clean and comfy. Bigger than I expected too, which was nice. The bunk bed room was awesome with a lot of fun books and puzzles. Especially loved how it was decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful location with the peaceful water. This is a great location to be to make fun day trips to Petosky and Charlevoix. Only regret was that we had to leave to come home!

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

This place was wonderful! It’s easy to feel right at home and its location is perfect! There are food places that are walkable and is near a dollar general for any last minute snacks or other needs. It’s also incredibly close to a ferry that takes you to Mackinac Island so there’s no need to pay extra for parking. The place is clean and comfortable after a long day of fun!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

John and his wife were both extremely nice and welcoming! My friend and I didn’t realize how bad the mosquitos are there this time of year so John gave us bug spray to use after he turned on the fire pit for us to enjoy. Beautiful lot as well, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay while in town to ski. Easy walking distance to restaurants for a person that enjoys walking, even in the cold. Thanks for letting us stay in your cute airbnb!! Don and Jill

The firehouse was a really cool environment and we walked almost everywhere to eat, to the beach, to shop. It was exactly what we wanted!

This apartment had room to spare! It was well-stocked, very clean, and was filled with sunlight. What struck us the first time we entered, and each time afterwards, was just how roomy the apartment was. The 10-foot ceilings only added to the feeling of spaciousness. And since we were there after the busiest part of the season, it was also blessedly quiet. The attached deck was a bonus that offered a beautiful view of the harbor.

This place was amazing! Right by the action but still felt private. It has everything you need for a great stay. The hosts were responsive kind and flexible with us. Couldn’t have been better!!!

Jeffery had a wonderful air bnb right in the heart of traverse city! It was so nice to be able to walk to all the activities and restaurants in the area. In addition- the place has so much charm and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Such a beautiful place to stay. My Grandpa owned this property in the 70's and my family was happy to see how well maintained the cottage is and the nature that surrounds it. It was such a blessing for us to come back and visit. Thank you for taking such good care of it.

Wonderful stay!! house had more than adequate sleeping space, plenty of towels and linens. Would love to rent it again!! it is very well worth the money and you can't go wrong with beautiful Paradise Lake!!

The location and views from the cabin cannot be described in words or pictures - it really is a place that you need to experience. We appreciate the detail and cleanliness of the cabin. Even the small details are thought of and they did not go unnoticed.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, Julie also had a list of different local restaurants, places, and recommendation’s that we were able to check out and enjoyed as well, the cottage had a wonderful view of the lake and we enjoyed our evenings by the fire watching the sunset as well as doing our bird watching and listening, we will definitely be coming back in the future and looking forward to our next stay!

The mist clearing on the lake in the morning sun reveals the changing colors of trees in the Fall Season. At night, the constellations sparkle strongly and clearly in the dark sky. And the sounds of silence increase the sense of peace and wonder. This is what you can experience whether sitting around a lakeside fire or sitting in the front room of the cottage. The Memory Maker was all that we hoped for and so much more. We had initially intended to find an Airbnb on Torch Lake but once we saw this place we booked it right away and it was the perfect choice. We still trailered the boat a quick ride to Torch for an adventure but spent the majority of our trick on Elk Lake and loved it. This Airbnb thought of everything and we wanted for nothing! We took our four adult children and their significants and our grandbaby and we all had plenty of room to enjoy our stay! Hank and Alaina

Brian’s place is one where you say “wow”! We routinely search for Airbnb rentals at the last minute, hoping to find the best location always looking for a private spot. This one hit the mark, with a great walk along the beach, great fire pit and a well stocked kitchen. Huge rap around porch and grill available. Brian was so helpful and even called us directly to avoid messaging back and forth. Would highly recommend this place for some fun, relaxing, and quiet cabin/beach time.

Many thanks to Oksana for the wonderful visit! The guest house is a jewel box full of treasures. It is so comfy and close to town. It was perfect for my husband, dog, and me with the wonderful fenced backyard. Thanks for all the wonderful touches like homemade bread and information for dog-friendly hikes and beaches. It was great to explore and photograph the nearby lake shores and then come back to relax at the guest house. We hope to visit again soon!
