Pretty pond on property and several trails around the 20 acre space. Upper and lower fire pits to keep warm on cool evenings or roast s’mores! Relax at the cabin for your entire stay or get out and enjoy Lake Fort Smith, Devils Den State Park, or one of the many other nearby trails. Fayetteville is 37 min up the road!

Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. The balcony and lookout tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.

After a busy day exploring the Ozark St. Francis National Forest, wine tasting at the numerous area wineries, shopping or visiting the University, relax and unwind just outside the city limits at Barcliff Cottage.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Mulberry River Lodge

Mulberry River Lodge, with all modern conveniences, sits directly on the Mulberry River (A National Wild and Scenic River) between the Ozark National Forrest & several large tracts of private land. The Lodge is on 60 acres of mixed timber and fields & has 1320FT of your own private river frontage with multiple river access points & no neighbors seen or heard. Multiple large wall maps & guidebooks are provided in the lodge to help you pick & choose your own adventure!
