Vacation rentals in Mueang Lop Buri District

This is what AirBnB was meant to be - someone with a spare house willing to let you stay for a few bucks! It's a real local home rather than a purpose built business! The house and its location are very cool and downright funky. It's in a sort of compound with 2 other residential homes, but the setup makes it still almost completely private unless you're in the drivaeway. Coming in the gate, there's everything from a waterfall to a wooden "short bus", mushroom statues and boat motors lol. The outside around the house is a perfect natural setting on what was either a small river or canal. There were a few seating options and I thoroughly enjoyed chain smoking and poking around out there! There are some dogs about, but they were relaxed enough once the saw the neighbor talking to us. The inside is nice and recently renovated. The "Basil & Coffee" coffeeshop nearby is a great way to kill a half hour and take some fun pictures.

Huge house with four floors, big kitchen, two bathrooms, interior yard and parcking space. The owner is very helpful and a good comunicator.

This is a great place for a short stay. Keep in mind that it is a fair walk away from the station and Grab doesn’t work nearby (unless you’re travelling alone, you still have the option for a bike). The amenities in PJ Loft are as described, the workers bring you extra towels, TP, and bin bags if you are staying for a little longer, which is super helpful. The staff during our stay were happy to help and check in was easy. The only thing I would keep in mind before booking is the location. The stay at PJ Loft is great value for money though, so if you don’t mind a little trek and like to explore, then you have the chance to walk through a village on the way and chat to the locals! Laundry is available about 5 mins from the hotel too :)

Not easy to get to as it is next to a main road. As long as you like walking you’ll be fine. It is defiantly worth of money and the receptionists are very nice. Good stay for sort time whilst visiting Lopburi

This was the most hospitable airbnb we have ever stayed at! The language barrier did not stop our hosts from making sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. They went out of their way many times to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. I wish our stay was longer. Overall amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lopburi.

We had a lovely stay at the farm. My 4 year old loved getting dirty and playing outside until the stars came out. We took the train to the nearby Koh Krathiam train station (about 1.5 km away), and Khun Tack came to pick us up. Thank you! We weren't able to get a hold of the host before our arrival, which caused some concern, but it all worked out once we got there. The on site restaurant is lovely for the basics, but if we had stayed longer we would have started looking farther afield for other food options. A stop at 7-11 for some snacks and drinks is advised before you arrive as it's a longer trip into town. Overall it was a magical stay and I hope we can return for some relaxing farm time!
