Enjoy your stay, nice clean apartment. Nice pool, but it was too cold during my stay, too bad! Apartment a little dark, does not receive direct sunlight, which can be an advantage when it is very hot, but I was cold! This is probably not often the case in Chiang Rai. 😁 Great value for money.

It was the best AirBnB accommodation I've ever stayed in. It's a place with a very unique style and atmosphere. The room is large and clean, and there is a large desk and an office chair similar to Herman Miller, so it is good for computer work. The host is calm + quiet and friendly. I had a delicious breakfast twice in a week. And there are 8 cats with 100% friendliness. Sometimes it was fun to play with cats. The surroundings are quiet and tidy rural neighborhoods, surrounded by small streams, reservoirs, rice fields, fields, and forests. It's a place where grasshoppers and frogs cry at night. It's far from the city center (20 minutes by car), so it seems that renting a scooter is essential to get around (if you compare it to Seoul, it's like Namtaeryeong or Gwacheon under Sadang?) It is a recommended accommodation for those who do not enjoy nightlife such as clubs, bars, and night markets, and who want to relax in a quiet neighborhood. Oh, and it's close to the White Temple and Singha Park, so it's convenient to eat nearby. If I go back to Chiang Rai, I want to stay for about a month and live a leisurely life.👍👍👍👍👍

The host was genuinely kind and friendly in such a natural, down-to-earth way. The house was spotless and had plenty of space to relax and feel at ease. The outdoor area was surrounded by nature, giving it a peaceful, homey vibe. As a warm welcome, the host even prepared a special breakfast for us—a really thoughtful touch that made our stay unforgettable.

This place was an absolute gem! So peaceful and quiet. Just outside the city about 10 minutes. The property was beautiful and well kept. The birds are always singing. I stayed solo for a month but it would also be great for families. Plenty of room to walk around. Everything was clean. Pictures looked exactly how it is. Separate kitchen was well stocked. Laundry machine and dryer. Shower gel and water bottles provided too. Everything you need! Jiranee was such a great host! She was always there when I had a question. Very responsive. She immediately fixed an issue I had. She made good recommendations for local attractions. I would highly recommend this place and come back here if I return to Chiang Rai! Thank you Jiranee

Tastefully done place. Lovely architecture. Just be aware of the mosquitos and keep a repellent with you. Also, suggest not to rent a bike from the host here. It is old, with no power, stability issues and low mileage. Not sure why it’s still in use and why a better bike is not provided. Go to the town and get one from there instead. Rest, we had a great time staying here. Nice breakfast, plenty options and free water unlike most other places in Thailand.
