Vacation rentals with beach access in Mtwapa

Sarah's place is very nice, well located, 5 min away on foot from the beach. Close to shops, with a very well equipped kitchen. The rooms have AC, but in the living room there's only a ventilator, so it can get quite hot. Otherwise I would really recommend it.

Very pleasant stay. Loved the well stocked kitchen, the coffee maker is an added bonus as I love my coffee. Place is a little out of the way, not necessarily a bad thing but i found that uber drivers were reluctant or made a fuss about having to drive there. Otherwise its great value for money, swimming pool is also clean and pleasant to use.

Fiona is a great host and quick to respond. The apartment is in a safe and secure environment. Her home is beautiful and comfortable to stay in. We shall certainly be back.

I had a short but very pleasant stay at Meg’s house in Nyali, just next to Jumeirah Beach. The apartment was exactly as described—modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Everything was well-maintained, and the photos matched what I found on arrival. The location was convenient, with great eating places nearby. Though my stay was brief, I’d definitely return next time I’m in the area. I Highly recommend!

From the second I arrived, it was clear this wasn't just another booking; it was a perfect slice of holiday heaven. Being literally a 4-5 minute walk to Nyali Beach was a dream come true for a beach lover like me – I could practically roll out of bed and into the ocean! And for convenience, the fact that Naivas shopping center is within easy walking distance was a game-changer. I strolled over multiple times, even as late as 10 PM, feeling completely at ease. The neighborhood itself felt incredibly safe, with that reassuring stretch of hotels and their security guards, which was a huge comfort for a first-timer to the Coast. But it's not just the location that makes it shine. Patricia has truly thought of everything. Fantastic stay! Beautiful appartment with a breathtaking sea view in a very strategic are at the heart of Bamburi beach yet close to Nyali and its many services. Damaris is an absolute star and with her team they have done everything to make me feel at home. I will definitively come back from my next stay in Mombasa.

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place in Nyali. The house was spotless, comfortable and located in a peaceful and secure neighborhood. It’s close to great hotels and restaurants, making it ideal for a romantic getaway or a solo trip. Leah was a kind and graceful host. She shared useful local tips and was very flexible with both check-in and checkout, which made our stay easy and relaxed. Omar, the staff on site, was friendly and always available to help whenever we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mombasa.

I love this bnb! this was my 2nd stay and won't be the last. whenever am traveling to mombasa this is my go to spot. the bnb is beautiful the decor is kool unique and stylish . the seller is the view!! it's what really draws me there each time. loaded with amenities pretty much everything you can think of is there. very comfortable sofa seating and bed. I literally have no complaints the only thing that could make it better is if it was in a more happening area but it's easy to get around with ubers. the host is amazing she always gets back to me with any concerns and rectified them. she definitely takes wanting us to have a good experience serious. pro tip . there is a store nearby on called food plus where you can get cases of water, snacks and even food stuff for cooking. the big thing is there is also a pharmacy and atm in that same Plaza. good to know because there is not an atm at the premises where you'll stay. cash is king.

My family and I loved staying at James' property, he was very friendly, very responsive, provided clear instructions so we had no challenges finding the place or accessing it, and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times which worked great for our travel schedule. The property was great, felt like home and was well worth it.
