Ideal for holidays for 2 families because I rent exactly the same adjoining apartment communicating through the garden. In fact, if it's full, don't hesitate to look at each other's availability. The apartment is located on the ground floor of my villa. It can be accessed on the street side and parking/garden side. Renovated in 2018. I am retired and live on site, I am available 24/7 for my hosts. I also can offer meals, laundry for your laundry, groceries,etc.
