Nikos is truly a geat host! He was already waiting when I arrived, gave me a great welcome and showed me the apartment. It had everything I needed, the seaview from the balcony was amazing! I was here in late November and had the whole island just for me, no tourism. Perfect to explore the best spots and sceneries without hassle. Would definitely come again!

And when we felt like being a bit more adventurous, it served as a fantastic base for exploring the area. We were lucky enough to meet Niki, the wonderful lady who takes care of the property. She kept everything in tip-top shape and was a total gem, sharing tons of local tips and tricks that made our stay even better! One of our favorite things was cooking dinner on the coals outside and enjoying coffee al fresco throughout the day. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the good vibes. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! First off, Spyros was very responsive and gave us a very comprehensive list of local recommendations and attractions which was very helpful! He was also flexible with check out times for us. The place was stunning! More than enough room for our group and every bedroom had its own bathroom attached. The views of the town and ocean were beautiful from the balcony. The place was very walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking was usually available right under the building and if not, on a nearby street. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would recommend to anyone staying in town!

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

Quiet area of Old Alykanas. Lovely Tooting scops Owl at night. With a great view across sea to Kefolonia. You need a car for supermarket and for main beach at Alykinas. Also it is a 25 min walk each way to the main bars and Restaurants. The Lemon Tree restaurant is a closer walk. There is 30 steps to climb to the Villa. For us it was beautiful as we knew what we were expecting and we loved our apartment, the Greek restaurants and the coastal views. Thank you Dionysis

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, the place was absolutely beautiful. With our group of 15 we had more than enough space, especially the outside area was spacious. Dionysius was proactive and helped in any way he could which any problems we encountered. He even came by daily to clean the pool and ask if we needed anything. The time we spent here was amazing, and the communication via chat was outstanding.

The view from that very spacious balcony is even lovelier than the photos suggest ! Really stunning location and a lovely part of Kefalonia

Takis was a wonderful host and the property was spotless and beautiful. Takis was extremely helpful during our stay, helping with local recommendations and always available if we needed help. We even received fresh eggs, vegetables and a traditional dessert from his Mother which was a wonderful touch. The house itself was just as described, clean and felt like home! The pool was huge and super clean, fantastic BBQ Grill & area outside too. Overall, we had the best experience in Zakinthos and Takis and his Mother played a huge role in that with all their help and recommendations! Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

We loved the villa so much! The view is just amazing and the pool is perfect. Kristina and Kyriakos are perfect hosts and had lots of recommendations. They were also very helpful and cared for us with some groceries in the fridge. You need a car to experience Zakynthos and its beaches. I can only recommend staying here!

The villa was amazing, even more beautiful than the photos. The pool and the grounds surrounding are very well kept. Kostas met us on check in, spent some time with us with a map of the island and highlighted the places he thought we should go, based on us telling him what we wanted from our holiday. We went to 95% of the places of which were all amazing, so his recommendations were spot on. Ideally located to access the main towns and a variety of beaches. We would definitely recommend this villa and will absolutely be returning in the future.

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

A really lovely few days at this beautiful place. Everything has been well conceived & makes it so easy to relax. Top quality bed & bed linen & real attention to detail. Thank you for lovely welcome basket of goodies too ! The private garden seating area is a real plus. 2 minutes walk into Stavros. Just great - highly recommend.

Great place in an amazing location. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The balcony is stunning! The host is great in communication and he is very helpful for any information you may have about the island.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

It was an amazing stay to say the least!The host is a very welcoming and kind person. The communication was great from the moment we booked the apartment till the checkout. The house was very clean and tidy, it felt like home right away. Bedsheets, kitchen, bathroom were all very clean and spotless. The place is very close to Solomos square so restaurants and shops are in a walkable distance. The beach is within a 5 minute walk as well. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and the description for the amenities and services is accurate. Overall it was a great stay, we would choose the apartment again on our next visit !

Gerasimos is the epitome of Greek hospitality! The country is beautiful, Kefalonia is breathtaking, I loved Argostoli, but it's people like Gerasimos that make me want to come back to Greece again and again! Warm, friendly, attentive, he will help you with anything and everything - don't hesitate to reach out. He found me an automatic car at the last moment, and one way, I left it at the opposite side of the island, no less! Thank you so much, Gerasimos, I will stay with you again, and I hope, soon. And yes, the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything your need - coffee, cream, biscuits to start your day, oil and vinegar, towels, everything is super clean. We really enjoyed our stay here in Zakynthos! This apartment is very comfortable and clean. Each room is spacious, the bathroom is great and everything you need is there. Dimitra is very kind and welcoming. She even helped us find tools to open a jammed suitcase. The apartment is in a great location, close to Saint Dennis Church and a 10 minute walk to the main part of Zakynthos

Absolutely faultless experience ! We've been very lucky with the hosts that we have met and Stavros was one of the best. Supremely communicative in advance, and extremely very warm and friendly on arrival. The apartment is perfect, and exactly as described, if not better. Stavros was kind enough to recommend some great local restaurants and even offered to take us to the local supermarket before our car arrived for which we were very grateful. Stavros's welcome combined with the beautiful apartment and lovely pool made us wish we could have stayed longer and if we get the chance we will come back. We stayed in the accommodation for a week and felt comfortable. There is everything you need on the accommodation. The accommodation is about 10 minutes from XI Beach, you need a car if you live there. The car can be parked on the property. We were very happy with the place .
