Green Valley Lake is located at 7200 feet making it the highest village, meaning more snow in winter and cooler temps in the summer. There is a swimming beach w/ lifeguards, boats to rent, and a well-stocked fishing lake 5 minutes away. We’re close to the ski slopes and hikes too.

Also, this is the High desert, which means there are bugs.. the grounds are treated quarterly and at times after treatment there will be activity. Very large sofa for group seating, fully stocked with board games, books and novels, an array of children's toys, as well as a large kitchen with appliances, cookware, bakeware, etc. Beds are furnished with lush bedding. This corner lot of a cul-de-sac overlooks Horseshoe Lake off in the distance. Lots of curb parking as well as driveway and garage parking. Dining seats up to 8, plus bar seating.

Our location really Close to Fwy 15, malls, restaurants, hospital, supermarket, pharmacies, place is safe and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely NO PARTY or EVENT in this house. Very Quiet neighborhood. We dont like noise.
