Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

The place was perfect for our stay! Spacious enough for the 2 of us to work privately during the day and be on video/calls without disturbing the other. It has all of the things you might need when visiting (particularly appreciated the umbrellas, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc!). Location cant be beat and the margaritas across the street went down smoothly (maybe too smooth!). Very responsive and helpful hosts. Helped us check in early. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of four had a lovely 3-night stay at Son's place. While the space isn't very large, it's incredibly cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from laundry and dryer to a study desk, cable TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is convenient, about a 30–40 minute walk to many of the major museums, memorials, and monuments. Son and Heath were exceptionally friendly and offered great recommendations on nearby attractions and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Wonderful studio. Exactly as described. Very responsive host. We had a delayed plane arrival well into the night and the host responded with no problem. The neighborhood is wonderful, safe and beautiful. Very responsive but left us to our own as we prefer. Would stay again!

Located on a peaceful residential street, close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Metro, we could not have asked for a better location from which to explore Washington DC! From check in to departure, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed and spacious apartment! Beautiful place to stay at NoMa!

We were SO impressed by this place! It felt safe and private. It was clean. Instructions for entry and locating the apartment were super easy. Tom ensured that we had parking passes through the entirety of the visit which was a huge bonus for us. Also grateful for the extra things in the bathroom and kitchen including everything from Q-tips to ketchup. Would absolutely book this place again.

Jennifer was awesome and her place was great. Convenient access to the free streetcar which gave us a jumping off point for all the other great stuff in DC. Would definitely stay again! Jennifer was friendly, helpful and super responsive. Could not find a better hostess anywhere.

This was the perfect place! Super close to the convention center and the location is very walkable. I hope to be back next year!!

My husband and I love this place, this is the second time that we have stayed here. Whenever we come to DC, if available, we will continue to stay at this place! Wonderful, it is a short walk to the train station, trader joes, restaurants, and the market!

Literally speechless for how much we loved this place. She went above and beyond. You actually feel like a guest in one of a close family friend’s home and not a stranger. I’d love to return! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

I stayed in Emily’s apartment for two weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Emily and Alex welcomed me right away and made me feel at home! Everything was as described. The apartment is very big and accommodating, in a peaceful and residential area of DC, with easy access to public transport and bikes. Grocery store is just 15 min walk from there with some fast foods/restaurants. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a cozy space in DC! Emily was always responsive whenever I had questions, and she provided me with everything I could need during my stay. Hope to come back soon!

This place was fantastic—spotless, beautifully arranged, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Sam truly thought of everything: the kitchen and bathroom were more generously stocked than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. I especially appreciated the dark towel for makeup, and the umbrella was a lifesaver. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and anything you might wonder about is most definitely covered in the house manual. Sam even provides a super helpful guidebook—thanks for the Capitol tour tip! As someone who enjoys a bit of quiet and comfort, beautiful surroundings, and being just steps from a lively neighborhood—this was a perfect stay. Thank you, Sam! I know exactly where I’ll be staying next time I’m in DC. :)

This might honestly be the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Celia was a wonderful host, very proactive and made us feel right at home. We were in town for my birthday and we were welcomed with a sweet birthday treat and a card, some delicious granola, and there was chocolate on the bed! There were also some snacks including fresh fruit and granola bars as well as coffee and tea available. The location is perfect for walking around the Capitol Hill area and literally a few minutes walk away from the metro. It’s also walking distance to the Nationals stadium. I truly have no complaints about this stay, I would absolutely come again. Plus there was a sweet neighborhood cat that greeted us! Book this place!! You will not regret it.

Really enjoyed staying at this location, very convenient and close to restaurants and public transport. Great to bring your fur babies, probably best for smaller dogs. You should just be aware there is like no grass in DC before you bring your pets lol! Overall a great experience and the location was so clean with not much noise surprisingly for the area.

This was a wonderful stay. I loved how they communicated. Very informative. I was in town for multiple events and the furthest i traveled was 12 min. The location is amazing. Compact amenities. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)
