A bright basement bachelor suite in our duplex located in Mount Pleasant, walking distance to trendy Main St & Commercial Dr. The space is a private self-contained unit accessed via its own front door w/ keyless entry, equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, full-sized washer & dryer, TV/wifi/keurig. The bed is accessed via a brand-new queen-sized Murphy bed system from California Closets, which folds up to become a dedicated work space. Also included is a sofa bed. Free street parking available

It's a south-facing unit on the 3rd floor, it's very quiet and cool in the summer. 5 mins walking distance to public transit and 10 mins to Main st Skytrain.
