The host was awesome he promptly took care of our requests very hospitable, professional, helpful and with a great attitude. The location is good close to the beach also the security personnel were very good always looking out for you. And no disturbances from the other apartments. Grocery and food outlets very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this Airbnb especially because host.

We stayed at Cheryl’s apartment as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped — exactly what we needed after a long journey from Karachi. The location is ideal for a quiet night’s rest with easy access to central Colombo. A special thank you to Ralston, who went out of his way to help us with check-in late at night. The house was very neat and clean. It had necessary cooking elements also. The most beautiful thing was the sea view just exactly as the picture which you can enjoy just by sitting on the bed. The area had also lots of local veg non veg restaurants. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at rika's place.

Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

First of all I have to admit I live in the United States and I was trying to find a place for some family members. I found this place and from the moment I found this place I started communicating with the host . She was very efficient and was helping all the way . She is very kind and very helpful and very friendly and the place was so clean and it was a nice location I highly recommend to this place to anyone specially anyone who is coming from abroad . This Airbnb was lovely and very quiet. However, the only issue was co-ordinating to get the hot water switched on. But we'd definitely stay here again! The area is very peaceful and close to the ocean. Gajanan and his mother were very kind and helpful during our stay 😊🫶

Very good experience, very quiet small courtyard, the Host provided a very detailed explanation before check-in, the housekeeper is also super responsible, if there is any problem, the housekeeper will solve it for us as soon as possible.The house is also very comfortable to live in.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kanishka airbnb. The location was fantastic with easy rides with PickMe. Kanishka was very responsive and easily sorted out any minor issues that came up. Would love to stay here again in the future

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good. Ahmed and Shaira were very helpful and accomodating. The place was lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is awesome, and the place is in a fantastic location. Security was also top notch.

The location of property is absolutely amazing. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. The apartment I stayed in was fully furnished with all amenities including all kitchenware, towels and toiletries. The space is cooled very well with the bedroom and living space each having its own AC unit. The caretaker greeted kindly and guided me to the room, which had it's Air Conditioning turned on before I even entered. Didn't have to walk in to a warm damp room! He even took care of my laundry. Overall my experience staying here was amazing. The hosts son who manages the property is very welcoming and communicated well throughout my stay. Definitely a hidden gem in Colombo.
