My stay in this Airbnb was amazing! The balcony was absolutely beautiful—perfect for watching both the sunset and sundown. It added such a peaceful vibe to the space. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. But the real showstopper? The tub and shower. OMG—I seriously wish I could’ve taken them home with me! Overall, this place was cozy, clean, and had all the right touches to make my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

Great host. There were some issues with the reserved dates of stay but she made it right which is what you want.

Great vacation. Wonderful place to stay. My only recommendation would be to leave the pools open til like midnight or 1am. Friendly staff, gorgeous rooms.

We were here for EDC. Our Unit was really close to the Rio Shuttle station. The fact that we had Chick Fil A, Walgreens, and a couple of shopping centers walking distance from us was extremely convenient since we didn’t rent a car. So you can imagine my joy, coming off a bus at 8 am, dehydrated, hungry, cold and realizing that I can get myself a CFA Breakfast Burrito on the way back to my bed. Additionally, unit amenities were incredible. The tub was put to good use post festival. Not to mention there was ample space for us to get all of our festival gear ready without making clutter on top of the beds, or making the bathroom unusable. Genuinely considering staying here again next year as well.

We were looking for a resort close to the Sphere and we got exactly what we needed. Our room was the very back building which makes for an easy walk over to the Sphere but kind of a pain for anything else. Uber drivers will drop you off at your building but you have to be picked up at the front so then you have to call for a shuttle to the front or walk in the insane heat. The room was clean and we were allowed to check in a little early. They brought us up a box fan because it was pretty warm despite having the AC turned way down. We did have some issues with hot water running out and taking cold showers and this was without anyone showering in our unit so the hot water heater must be linked to other rooms. All in all, it was good for what we needed at the time; however, if we return to Vegas without a Sphere trip planned I would probably try somewhere different. This has nothing to do with the host or the resort, just to explore different areas. I would stay here again though.

Great place away from the busy casino with smooth check in (no lines!) yet walkable down the corridor to all the action. Great convenience store in the lobby (expensive as expected) but a great way to grab a bottle of wine, snacks, and the like. Unit is great, with a super large bathroom, great views, nicely stocked kitchen and refrigerator to store leftovers and drinks. James was very responsive and proactive when contacted about the TV being stuck on one channel. He contacted maintenance and they were there quickly to swap out a new box and remote to solve the minor issue. Great at communications and quick to respond. Enjoyed out stay and will be back. Its a great secret to staying in Vegas at a resort without the crowds.

We had a fantastic stay! Robins place was close to the strip and everything we needed! Has a full kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook! The place was very clean. The parking was easy and in a garage attached to whatever tower you stay in. The pool area was really nice!! And Robin our host was very responsive when we had any questions! We would absolutely stay again!!

Beautiful little condo on a nice lakeside resort! Loved the architecture and pool! I really enjoyed being able to walk right onto lake Las Vegas shopping plaza from the entrance of our resort and enjoy the music and fun nights there. Awesome place with lots to do!

My favorite place to stay in Vegas - linked directly to the MGM Grand but feels like you are on a different planet (a calm and peaceful one!). Parking is a breeze, rooms are large and well appointed. Loved having two bathrooms and a balcony and fridge. I appreciated access to a separate pool and workout facility and all of the staff was fabulous. Cynthia provided excellent directions and was always responsive and accommodating.

I feel it's fair to leave 5 stars because the couple of things I'm going to mention here weren't big enough issues to warrant loosing a star, but: The mattress on the bed is lumpy and worn to the point that it's not comfortable. Were it mine I would replace it. The sleeping pillows are over stuffed and for those that sleep on their stomachs or side, like me, that can be uncomfortable. Would have liked to have some thinner pillows included. Yes I saw the extra pillows in the closet. Lastly the remote needs batteries or to be replaced. The volume button didn't work reliably. Other than those minor annoyances -- who sleeps in Vegas, right -- it was just what I expected. To the jade vibe though, if you can I would change up the curtains to another color other than the standard decor, if you can. //.02

They were very friendly and quick to respond. The place was very clean and had a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is fantastic! Very private since it’s part of a hotel condo—regular MGM guests don’t have access to this side, which makes it feel more exclusive and quiet. That said, we were still able to enjoy the main MGM amenities like the lazy river and other facilities, which was a great perk. Free valet parking was also a huge plus. Karin was excellent with communication and very responsive throughout our stay—much appreciated! There are just a couple of things I want to point out for future guests and the host. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable—you can really feel the springs, and it likely needs to be replaced. The main bed also has noticeable divets on both sides of the mattress, which affects sleep quality. When you’re paying rates similar to the main MGM hotel, the sleeping arrangements should be just as comfortable. Just sharing this as honest feedback—if the mattresses were updated, I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was fabulous, absolutely perfect for our travelling family. Loved the location and the highlight for children was the lazy river. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This will be me and my families go to place from now on whenever we want to go to Vegas. The place has everything you can think of and so close to the strip. Amazing! We enjoyed all the amenities and staff were very welcoming!

A very nice place, great location and excellent communication from the host. I would gladly stay there again.

Great place, easy check in and close to everything

Everything was perfect from basic accommodations to the balcony view and most importantly I never had a problem getting in contact with mark.

Would stay here again without hesitation!
