PLEASE NOTE our animals have moved back to our new Airbnb farm stay in Bedford. Guests staying with us in Lynchburg can visit our baby goats and petting zoo free of charge at our Peaks of Otter Farm stay. 25 baby goats as of 3-31-25! ROMANTIC, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE and COZY is how our guests describe our barn studios. The studio apartments offer private baths, private entrances, kitchenettes with fridge and microwave. We are 3 miles to LU in a great part of town and close to food and shopping.

Well maintained 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Bathroom has double sinks with shower/jacuzzi tub with jets. Smart tv in the living room with comfy seats. Enhanced cleaning. Plenty of parking with car port. The home is 7 minutes drive to LU- all highway with easy access to 501 and 460 and downtown Lynchburg.
