Unser Haus aus den 1920-er Jahren befindet sich umgeben von 5 Seen mit bester Anbindung an die Bahn zwischen Magdeburg und Berlin. Auf 110 m² in der 1. Etage ist Platz für 6 Personen mit Wohnzimmer, drei Schlafräumen, großzügiger Küche, Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Vor der Haustür verläuft der Havel-Radweg. Etwa 3 km entfernt befinden sich Supermärkte, Ärzte, Apotheke, Sauna und Bäcker. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Haus. 200 m zum See.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

Lovingly and cozily furnished 2-room attic apartment (61 sqm) on a small old rest courtyard (built in 1895) at max. 1-3 people for rent. It is located in the small village of Glienecke in the beautiful rural area of the Hohen Fläming and on the edge of the Fiener Bruch. 45min south-west of Potsdam/Berlin and 40min east of Magdeburg. Ideal for nature lovers and time seekers to relax. But also business travelers and fitters will find a cozy accommodation in our apartment.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. We also have a pool and whirlpool (covered outside) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

The Fläming, the Temnitz and Garzer mountains are right outside the front door. Cultural offerings in Brandenburg a.d. Havel, Bad Belzig can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Potsdam and Berlin are about 40 minutes away.

A house in a listed housing estate from the 1920s in the middle of nature surrounded by many lakes. The Kirchmöser peninsula has a lot of nature and industrial history to offer and is located at the gates of the small town of Brandenburg an der Havel. It can be reached hourly by regional train from Berlin main station.
