The hot-tub, garden and balconies offer breathtaking views of Morzine and Avoriaz. 7 bedrooms (5 ensuite), lounge area with open fire, a separate games and TV room, hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen and separate food storage area, as well as a very large ski and boot room, secure bike storage and 4 parking spaces.

The chalet benefits from an ideal location, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars and 5/10 minutes walk to Pleney telecabine/Morzine centre. For larger groups, there is a twin chalet next door (Chalet Rose - with completely separate access).

We rent our cottage with all amenities and games for kids dvd, various games (lego playmobil barbies sylvania books monopoly trivial pursuit...) There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️

With a superb central location, it is only 7 mins walk to the supermarket, bars and restaurants in town, or 5 min bus ride (the free ski bus stop is on our doorstop!) to the Pleney lift (Morzine ski area) in one direction and the Prodains lift (Avoriaz ski area) in the other.
