La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

Charming house of 150 sqm in a quiet area, ideal for a holiday in the heart of nature. Enjoy a 4x9 m heated swimming pool (shared with the owner) from June to mid-September, a one-hectare pond, a petanque court and views of the countryside. 10 km from Bellac, 30 km from Limoges and Oradour-sur-Glane (historic site), and 10 km from Lake Saint-Pardoux (water activities, restaurant). On site, small dwarf goats and a Ouessant sheep will delight young and old.

The cottage is located 1.3 km from the village of Saint Christophe. It is surrounded by a pond and creeks as it sits in an old water mill. The cottage is a barn renovated in 2019. Decorating is simple, functional. The contemporary meets the old, which brings a lot of charm. The spaces around the cottage are available: deckchairs, barbecue, countryside, pond, stream. 2 villages located 6 km away have a small grocery store, a butcher shop, a bakery.
