Beautiful house in the Cotentin marsh natural park, completely renovated in 2016. Rated 3 stars by an approved tourism organization. Facing south and west, it is very bright. Its large living room (45 m2) is a warm and friendly space, ideal for holidays with friends and family. Located close to a coastal path (GR) that allows for beautiful walks. Finally, the changing colors of this part of Normandy will delight photography enthusiasts.

A calm shoreline is visible with gentle waves lapping against the sandy beach. Small boats float in the distance, while rocky formations line the coast. A wooden structure is positioned next to the water, offering a rustic element to the serene landscape.

From January to March, the mildness of the Gulf Stream makes the mimosas bloom. In the spring, be surprised by more exotic blooms. Summer is a 6-minute walk from the sea, by a path that ends on the beach. You will enjoy going down to the bay in towels and swimsuits.

The grounds are fully enclosed to accommodate your four-legged friends. Beds are prepared on arrival, towels and tea towels are provided. During the heating season, we charge 40 euros per week. The location is ideal, on a small high point, quiet, very rural 10 minutes by car from Saint Vaast, Reville or Barfleur. Very warm welcome, great availability and very appreciable flexibility. The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

Coline's accommodation is very cozy, and you feel good there. Linens and bedding are of very good quality. There is all the necessary amenities, and the proximity to the bakery, and other local shops, is very much appreciated. Despite the proximity to the street, it's very quiet. Although we did not see Coline, she was responsive, and her practical directions, or restaurants were very helpful. Recommended.

Very good stay. Listing as described and photos no bad surprises, quite the opposite. Atypical and very pleasant decor. Very good bedding, good insulation. Not to mention and perhaps most importantly, the host Carlos, who is very kind, responsive and caring with his tenants.

A serene harbor scene features numerous boats floating peacefully on calm waters. Buildings line the waterfront, reflecting a warm glow from the setting sun. The sky displays soft colors, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere of the coastal setting.
