We are nestled in a small, woodsy area with plenty of room for parking. We are one minute from I-71. A direct 30 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. We are about a 10 minute drive to Kings Island (that offers Winterfest during the winter), the Beach Water Park, the ATP, the Little Miami river and Ft. Ancient State Park. We have two golf courses nearby. We are 20 minutes away from the Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall & Miami Valley Casino.
“My hosts David and Ashli greeted me with warm smiles and helping hands. Ashli checked in with me once I had time to settle in to see if I needed anything. I needed nothing more! The suite was pristine, and a soothing hot bath in the garden tub was a welcomed pleasure after the long day I had had. When I returned the following day, I found flowers and chocolates at my door! The suite overlooks peaceful, quiet wooded acreage complete with a garden and tree house. The window in the dining/living room takes in most of the wall and captures an abundance of sunlight. The bed was extra comfy, and the washer/dryer came in handy! I would recommend this space to any of my extra picky friends and family members!”
This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. The house sits on one acre of land surrounded by farmland, so you'll have opportunity to relax by a campfire, enjoy the unique architecture of the house, or explore the wide variety of entertainment options all within 20 minutes of the house.
“If you’re looking for a home away from home Scott’s place is it. Great location to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close to everything you need. Scott is a very responsive host that is close by just in case you need something. While we were staying here we had to adjust our schedule twice and Scott was very accommodating. The home is spacious, clean, and has a huge back yard for your furry friends to enjoy. Don’t forget to take some time to watch Mother Nature from the back yard. This home has all of the amenities that you’ll need and more hospitality than any other place we’ve stayed. I highly recommend Scott’s place if you’re ever in need of a great place to stay for a great price!”
Laze away an evening swaying in a macrame hammock in a living room with a Moroccan vibe. Make breakfast in a sparkling white kitchen and snuggle together on a cozy banquette.
“Brent's place is a total delight! Everything was so well appointed that my girlfriend was taking pictures to remember the decorating ideas. It had everything we possibly could have needed, from a washer/dryer to a full kitchen, although we availed ourselves of neither in our brief stay. The guest house is very private and separate from the main house, only sharing a driveway. We could drive right up in to the garage, park, and walk right in to the guest house. It was super convenient as a place to visit relatives a couple of miles away. I wish we would have had more time in town to explore Cincinnatti proper! Brent's communication with us was excellent and his instructions for checking in and out were very helpful and clear.”
