It is located on the sunny south coast in the municipality of San Miguel. As the name suggests, there are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity and the proximity to the sea also makes the area's location so unique. In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful promenade, the marina, restaurants and cafes.

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
