This is a great apartment right on the Main Street in town. It is clean and has a spacious, good lay out for a family of four. The hot shower is the best we've had in all of Morocco and the terrace is really lovely. There is also a washing machine which was a life saver. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The place was great , looked really stylish and is a great spot for a peaceful holiday. Though about a 20-30 minutes drive to the city centre. Illham was very welcoming and made sure we didn’t struggle to get to the apartment , also illham was very responsive whenever we had any issues, thank-you. I would recommend this place if your looking for a relaxed holiday.

Will surely visit again… Perfect calm and peaceful holiday. Amazing stay and all meet great standards. For my first time in Morocco I was really happy with the host and the accommodation. My apartment had high ceilings and airy interior design with open plan kitchen as well as 2 large bedrooms. The private terrace was an added bonus. I was pleased to have taken the option to use the indoor swimming pool .. so refreshing after a day at the beach or early morning dip! Local amenities and small market are available for daily shopping. Plenty of fish restaurants nearby to choose from, all fish fresh from the local fishermen port. The Ras El Ma plage is about 12km long where you can engage in long walks or dive in the warm Mediterranean sea. Moroccan are so welcoming we were made at ease and felt really looked after.

Our check-in was fine, although we did not have direct contact with Mohamed, the location in Airbnb was accurate, which is not the usual in Morocco. Shortly after our arrival, Mohamed was already on site and checked us into the apartment on the top floor of the house. The apartment is spacious clean and tidy. There is a nice view from the balcony. The apartment was warm even without heating. The city has a warm climate even in the winter in Morocco. Mohamed has air conditioning and heating in the apartment if needed. Kitchen equipment is good. I can recommend the apartment. Thanks

The apartment is in a private development, about 20 minutes by car from downtown Marrakech. You have to rent a car or taxi because there is no public transportation. The apartment is super quiet and the pool, a blessing for the almost 40° that it was. Comfortable beds and a very nice terrace. You have to stop at the security entrance to register and they'll show you the apartment. Negative, there was no roll of paper in the kitchen and only one cloth, so we bought some, as well as toilet paper, there were only 2 rolls for 3 people for 5 days; there is also no gel in the bathroom. We also had to scrub the coffee maker and kettle, which were not clean. As a recommendation, there could be a bottle of water, because the water is not suitable and there is no supermarket nearby, we had to take the car as soon as we arrived and go out to buy. There might also be some recommendations for eating 😊 Of course, Nourdine and Fawda respond quickly by WhatsApp. Check-in and checkout, perfect. I would definitely go back 🤩

Mustapha was an attentive and responsive host as soon as we asked him. Regarding the accommodation, we regret that the kitchen was not perfectly clean on arrival but the rest largely made up for it. Large accommodation. Fairly well soundproofed room. And great bedding!! We slept like babies. The beds are wide and extremely comfortable. The apartment is very well located and secure. Very nice caretakers and always there. We had a great time! Thank you!!!

Very nice apartment, modern building, and Zakarya is a great host! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything inside was new and luxurious. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that he even thought to put bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator! We can't wait to come back and recommend it to our loved ones.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Great value for money, the photos match reality. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and nothing is missing. The residence is family-friendly, with lots of children around the pool: the atmosphere is lively but remains healthy and pleasant. Even if the pool can be lively during the day, the evenings are very quiet, ideal for resting. Small downside: there is no real space to sunbathe or relax around the pool, as well as a little more greenery. The accommodation is well located, quite close to downtown Marrakech. However, it is best to rent a car, as taxis find it difficult to find the address. In summary: a comfortable accommodation, good location, perfect for discovering Marrakech. We recommend it, despite a few details that need to be improved.

Great place in a beautiful, restful and peaceful environment. Perfect for some quality time with your friends, partner or family. The pool was wonderful as well as the gardens. And it is not so far from the Medina, around 10 mins by car. Tarik was very nice and responsive, and all his instructions were very clear.

It was last minute booking but we were impressed with the cleanliness and how tidy the appartment is.

We had a great time in this apartment. Everything was as advertised, the place is very well-equipped, clean and pleasant to stay in. There was absolutely nothing missing, everything was available. The owner is very friendly, responsive and available on site for any request or need. Frankly, it was a great experience with my friends, and if I go back to Agadir, it will be my first option without hesitation. I just hope the apartment will be available at that time

Superb, clean apartament within walking distance of the palmeraie and kasbahs north east of the accommodation. Lovely and hospitable hosts and a superb dinner provided. 100% recommended!

We just left and can't wait to go back. Our stay at Moussa Residence was simply wonderful. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole team was incredibly nice to us: they recommended beautiful places to visit, great local restaurants and helped us a lot to better plan our days. We especially want to thank Mariam, the receptionist, for her kindness, sympathy and for always being willing to help us with a smile. Also to the manager Nabih, very polite and attentive, and to the cleaning girls, especially Rajae, for their kind and professional treatment. It's been 11 days that have flown by because we've had such a good time. We will definitely come back and we will not stop recommending this special place. Thank you for everything 💛

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Ouarzazate quiet, clean, and cozy. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcomed us with warm, charming smiles. They answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to explore the city. Highly recommended!
