The riad was in a great location in the center of the medina but down a few alleys so it was quiet at night. Dominique gave us all the information we needed and organised a taxi ride from the airport with someone to escort us to the riad which was super helpful especially because we arrived late at night. Even after the late arrival we were prepared a light meal which was very nice and received a warm welcome from the staff. Breakfast every morning was great and you can also eat at the riad if you want to have a night in. Room was great and the place was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Marrakesh for the first time!

It's a small, beautiful, stylish, sparkling clean, traditional guesthouse in a quiet part of medina. We were greeted with kind French speaking people. The house has worthy rooftop terraces, fireplace, pooll (not heated, maybe too cold for most in mid November) and rooftop jacuzzi. I stayed one night only though, with my son, so didn't meet everyone but it was a nice introduction to Morroco and we also ate their dinner which was full of veggies and breakfast, which was on the sweet side.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Airbnb, good value, matches description, easy checkin, good location, friendly staff and authentic Morrocan taste.

A big thank you to Miloud. i had a wonderful stay in this small villa. the place is ideal for relaxing with a peaceful setting and immediate proximity to the beach. everything is within easy reach. with shops in the club. one experience that I would highly recommend. and I would definitely be back.

Very good location overlooking the lake, peaceful and exotic place. Host Asmaa is very responsive and kind. Also the staff are very friendly and attentive. I was satisfied with the stay and therefore would highly recommend

Lovely chalet, just a little disappointed as the kids section with the slides and play area is only open in the summer time which I didn’t know about and wasn’t stated in the description or when communicating with host. However it was still a comfortable and clean place, nice and quiet.

We would like to thank Ali and Elza for a wonderful stay. It was one of the best places we have stayed so far. They were both incredibly friendly and welcoming to their wonderful home. We especially enjoyed the amazing dinner and breakfast they served. The accommodation is in such a beautiful location, and at night it is perfect for star gazing. We were a family of 10 with children & elderly who stayed at Palais Rhize for our easter break. Farida & Karim were super communicative from the beginning. The property is in a very good location around 20 minutes from the Airport and a similar distance from the city centre. The property is a mix of the old and new with Riad style architecture and modern comforts. The bedrooms are airconditioned and is a definite bonus when the weather gets hot. The swimming pool was amazing for both kids and adults to enjoy. The property has large grounds with nice little secluded spots to cool down. Farida was a gracious host and on hand to communicate and help out. She was super friendly and recommended things for us to do during our stay. Karim also helped us with sharing information and organising transport for some trips. There is an inhouse cook & caretaker Hayat who prepared some tasty local cuisine for us to savour. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for us at Palais Rhize.

The villa was absolutely wonderful! The property was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this villa!

A charming house to spend a family weekend, surrounded by nature, near the Ourika Valley and with many things nearby where you can shop and even enjoy. The owner was very involved the whole time and had excellent communication with us. We had difficulties getting there, but he showed up with his car to redirect us to the exact location, a very good person who cares about his guests. We would definitely repeat.

I celebrated my birthday at this wonderful villa, taking it exclusively. Everything exceeded my expectations: the house was beautiful and the staff was really kind and helpful. Laila was very kind and always ready to meet all our requests. We also had dinner and had breakfast at the villa and everything was impeccable. Highly recommended
