The villa was very consistent with the description and photos. Safe place and perfect outdoor area to rest at the end of the day. Julien's availability and kindness are remarkable. I would recommend this place.

My guests' stay went very well, they didn't have to complain about anything. Julio was very welcoming when we arrived, he explained very well what to touch or not and she was very available throughout the stay. My guests had a great time in the accommodation. And they intend to book this house again on their next trip to Guadeloupe. 😊

Our stay in this villa was outstanding! The house is a haven of peace, decorated with exquisite taste, combining modernity and warmth. The spaces are spacious, bright and designed for comfort: welcoming living room, friendly dining room, super equipped kitchen. The outside is a dream: perfect terrace at all hours, beautiful pool surrounded by greenery. A real plus: proximity to amenities and the marina, making it easy to explore the area. Special mention for impeccable cleanliness and neat maintenance. Nanou and Martine are exceptional hosts: fluid communication, responsiveness and warm welcome. Ideal for couple + family (6 people in all). An unforgettable and highly recommended experience!

We fell in love with this charming place where we had a wonderful stay, our 2-year-old was delighted to run in the huge garden, swim in the pool in the morning, or visit the many beaches within a short drive. The perfect spot for a little break away from the city... Highly recommend it!

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

We had a great week in Guadeloupe. The people stood out the most. The host, chef, and housekeeper were amiable, courteous, and helpful. The host, Mai, went out of her way to help us when our return flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. She helped arrange a great hotel and even went to the hotel to meet us to make sure we were checked in okay. Thank you!

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

A beautiful week spent in this wonderful residence. Everything was perfect and beyond the photos. Just a big wow I recommend this property well furnished and with a breathtaking view. Amazing villa, gorgeous location and surroundings, and lovely and extremely helpful host. The villa is huge, tastefully decorated with tons of space. Great view of the ocean and the surrounding areas. Awesome sunsets visible from patio, the bedrooms and the pool. Robert was the most helpful and responsive host we have ever had. Very responsive, gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants etc. extremely welcoming. We were very very sad to leave and we will definitely come back.

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa... Sylvie had advised us of the reduced water flow in a shower so we managed... very much appreciated the hospitality as well as the fruit basket... very good for families with children...

We had a lovely stay at Sylviane's. Kevin (one of our hosts) was impeccable! He was always available for questions and recommendations. The hosts were very flexible because we were traveling with a 9-month-old baby and staying on schedule is not always easy. We felt very welcome. Very nice environment which at this height reduced mosquitoes - a bonus in a country like Guadeloupe

Perfect stay! The house is located in the heights of Sainte Rose, close to Sofaia. 5 minutes from the rental is a very large Carrefour, which is rare enough on the island to be noted! Self-check-in and checkout. A phone group was created a few days before our arrival to facilitate exchanges, before and during our stay. There is absolutely everything you need in this house! We also had a baby crib and child accessories. A removable barrier had been installed all around the pool to secure it. A bottle of cold water and a bottle of planter's punch to welcome us in the fridge! Tastefully decorated house, everything was perfect.
