Family stay, rather well located on a quiet street with small shops, pharmacy nearby on foot, terrace with nice jacuzzi, nice well-equipped house. Philippe was very responsive and available. I recommend

The hostess is very responsive. Meet our expectations. The accommodation is very good. The hot tub is great. No noise. We had a lovely stay. There is a brewer and air conditioner in the bedrooms. Very nice welcome.

Our stay at Ludivine & her mom Chantal's was extremely pleasant. We felt comfortable, with that little extra feeling of soul that emanates from Chantal, not to mention the small daily touches... It was a pleasure to stay with them. Feel free to book if you want to experience a family-like & caring atmosphere.

Exceptional stay The house is beautiful, spacious and very bright. The exteriors are beautiful too. Returning from a day's walk, swimming in the pool or hot tub is a plus, followed by a barbecue on the large terrace. The location is ideal for visiting Grande Terre. Our host was very accommodating and available. I would highly recommend it.

An incredible stay! Sabine is very welcoming and caring, everything is done to make you feel good as soon as you arrive. The accommodation is simply magnificent, a real bubble of calm and disconnection. We arrive, we put down our suitcases, we enjoy the place all weekend... and we leave rested and delighted. I recommend it without hesitating!

Perfect welcome, Ghislaine and Thierry are adorable and flexible they go out of their way for their guests. Eric and Christine gave us a very warm welcome with a delicious bottle of homemade punch offered upon arrival. The listing matches the photos perfectly. It is spacious, clean, quiet, well-equipped and very functional (tanks in case of water outage). We can safely park a car there with a closed gate. The property is also very well fenced. The location was great for us to visit Guadeloupe and enjoy the most beautiful beaches. Eric and Christine always responded to our requests very quickly and offered us many addresses according to our expectations. We recommend their place without a second thought.

We spent a week with family (6 adults / 2 children) at Villa Noyana. We were welcomed by Sandrine the concierge of the house. No one has great tips and services. Florence and her husband welcomed us, with small touches as soon as we arrived, it was much appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised, because compared to the photos posted, I find the place even more beautiful in real life. Everything has been well thought out , the accommodation is modern,super well-equipped, (new appliances), and clean . Wishlist for the hot tub and pool , as well as the intimate, private , not overlooked side. The environment is quiet peaceful and the shops are not far away by car, it is a very good compromise between the two. In my opinion, the only downside is that there is only one room but with a great queen bed. My 2 year old daughter slept between the two of us and despite that we were alaise . I am difficult to satisfy and demanding, frankly it is a flawless,I am super satisfied. This place totally meets my expectations. Being late in pregnancy I wanted to relax and the goal was perfectly achieved!

We had a great family holiday in this house. It is very well thought out and configured, with a sleeping area and a bathroom for each couple. The large outdoor terrace is ideal for getting together and sharing alfresco dining. Love the pool, as beautiful as it is pleasant. Finally, the local shops are good, which greatly facilitated our stay. We recommend this house without hesitating!

Catherine provided us with a dream accommodation where peace and nature were waiting for us. Nearby hiking, waterfalls, beaches... a great combo to make room for relaxation! We had an unforgettable stay for our honeymoon in this little piece of heaven! The accommodation is nestled in the heart of the forest, offering absolute calm and a real disconnection. Everything is thought out with taste and simplicity: the jacuzzi is a real plus, and the bamboo shower adds a natural and original touch that we loved. The place is welcoming, warm, and you immediately feel good there. The hosts are incredibly kind, available and discreet, and the owner is just adorable.
