For almost 100 years I have watched over this corner of greenery, my only neighbor is the Château de Chaumont which overlooks me. At the end of the path, in my private courtyard, come and observe the deer, listen to the songs of the birds, listen to the gentle trickle of the spring and the splashing of the fish. I have three double bedrooms, two bathroom spaces, a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, barbecue, plancha and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the gentle rays of the sun.

Located near Cluny, and close to the stables of Château de Chaumont, you can indulge in many activities, both sporting and cultural, such as the Voie Verte (greenway) and its panoramas. Gastronomy through Charollais beef is always to be discovered around a wine from southern Burgundy.

The Ferme du Charolais

In the heart of the Charolais countryside, we welcome you to our newly renovated farmhouse. On the ground floor, a large living room combines living and dining room, close to a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs you will find a play area with billiards, darts and a reading corner, ideal for relaxing. A double bedroom and a dormitory (x8) as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this floor.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. On the 1st floor of a charming house in a beautiful estate in the middle of meadows and woods. In a park, benefits from a large terrace, hence its name, an environment of greenery and access to the swimming pool (shared with the owner and the tenants of the cottage "La Ferme des Hauts). The Terrace was classified on 18/12/2018 "furnished tourism 3 stars" by Gites de France de Saône et Loire, approved body within the meaning of article L324-1 of the tourism code.
