Casa Natale #3: Your beautiful appartment

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

There's a bus stop just 80 meters away that takes you directly to the ski resorts and to the Ferret and Veny valleys and Skyway Monte Bianco. Ideal as a stop on the TMB

Mountain nest

Traditional mountain apartment ideal for two people consisting of double bedroom, kitchen-living room and bathroom. Bright, with independent access, balcony and large green lawn with barbecue and outdoor table. Quiet area surrounded by nature, in a small but characteristic hamlet. In the winter, near the slopes of Crévacol, the cross country slopes are Snow Park in Flassin and, in summer, a starting point for several hiking trails.

The accommodation is located in the center of La Salle, a quiet and characteristic village, a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, grocery store, pharmacy, Town Hall and post office. It is located in the heart of the village of Chabodey with a wonderful view of the hill of La Salle that can be seen thanks to its balcony and the panoramic terrace/solarium. There is an English jade with patio and barbecue oven.

The apartment is in the heart of Pré-Saint-Didier, a short walk from the spa and the bus stops for Courmayeur and La Thuile. Starting in July 2023, my apartment has an agreement with Qc Terme Pré-Saint-Didier. I will take care of the reservation so that my guests can take advantage of the discount reserved for me.
