This was an absolute gem of a property! A well kept cozy farm house with picturesque views all around. A lovely welcome basket of treats was provided upon arrival! Incredibly priced for the size of the home as well as being very clean. Our favorite feature of the house was the wood burning fireplace- ending the evening around the fire was a perfect way to close out each day! 10/10 property.

Comfortable space for a weekend visit. Nice kitchen set up so meals can be cooked at 'home' and not have to go out to eat all the time. There was a small issue that the host took care of right away with an appropriate response and action. This is the place we always try to get when we are visiting the area.

5 of us stayed here while in town for an event. The place was beautiful, the location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We wish we could have stayed longer. Bridgette was a gracious and responsive host. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing house (just as described)

We had a great stay at Carmen’s place! While we spent much of the day out at the geocaching events and finding geocaches, it was nice to have a comfortable, fully-equipped place to come back to. We took turns cooking dinner and the weather cooperated enough for us to be able to enjoy the back patio a couple evenings. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to visit the area.

Great place to stay for a night.

We always love this place. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay, so no review. Well, I got very sick as we arrived - went to emergency room in Ohio and admitted to Medina Hospital for 7 days. I'm on he mend and want to reschedule for later.

Nice clean place, exactly as describe with a responsive host. Directions given were easy to follow and getting in and out was easy.

The nest is beautiful! Everything was so clean and neat. Diane was very friendly. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

We had a great stay in Friendsville! The place was exactly as described. Super clean and so comfortable. Our hosts were helpful with things we forgot and also very welcoming and friendly. Wanda takes great care in making sure all the comforts of home are provided.

Overall great experience. Well stocked with essentials, even had a first aid kit that we needed bandaid!!! I appreciated the coffee being available as we forgot to check which type of coffee maker they had. The place was clean and easy to find and get in. While they talk about the noise from the coffee shop below, that wasn’t very bothersome. A minor detail we noticed a stain on one of the bedroom’s comforter.

I had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb! This is my second stay and Diana’s home is exceptionally clean. It’s beautifully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Nestled in a peaceful natural setting near the river, it offered the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. The large deck was a highlight—spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with grills, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of biking or exploring. The property is a short ride into town off the GAP bike path, which made it incredibly easy to get out and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Despite its quiet location, it’s just a short walk to a fantastic coffee shop (don’t miss the scones at the Tissue Farm !) and several excellent restaurants. This place truly offers the best of both worlds—tranquility and accessibility. I highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Great place to stay if you're in the area. we wanted to see the Flight 93 Memorial and this was the perfect stop. It was just over night so we didn't have time for a farm tour but I did see a bison! Roger is friendly and a wonderful host. Having a washer was great since we were on a road trip.

The space was very comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed dinner at Rock City Cafe after a long day of driving! It was very easy to relax here, and we appreciated the conveniences and amenities. Hailey’s instructions were very clear and made checking in and out very easy. Highly recommended, we would stay again!

I would stay here again! Beds were comfy, kitchen was large, and the fire pits / river walk made the weekend extra special. The host was very responsive via messenger. The location is incredible and easy access to downtown davis and a short drive or bike to black water falls state park. Only con — the living area isn’t the most comfy / conducive to hanging but in Davis / Thomas you’ll want to be outside anyways!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yoder School House. It was so peaceful and relaxing, especially the hot tub with a lovely view of the farmland and watching all the birds at the feeder and in the field over coffee in the mornings. The house had everything we could need - Rhoda is very thoughtful in stocking the kitchen and even leaving fun board games. We loved the proximity to the Casselman Creamery, and it was a great location for day trips to hike Mount Davis and explore Ohiopyle State Park in PA. WE would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin for our après-ski weekend this year! The location was perfect—easy to find and ski and ski out. The cabin itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were great, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living room and hot tub, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain. Parking was a breeze, and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

I wish there was an extra star for the Host! Lorena was super helpful, always responded less than 30 minutes, and made us feel welcome into her home. Personal touches say a lot, and she had written us a nice thank you card that was on the table when we arrived. It was also nice that we did not have to run out and get toiletries immediately as they were readily available upon our arrival. Lorena was also upfront with an issue involving the oven, however there was a toaster oven readily available if we so choose. I highly recommend her condo to anyone with a small group of people/small family that plans on staying in the Deep Creek area!

Laura was an excellent host! She provided clear check-in and check-out instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location to go to Morgantown and surrounding parks. Having soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion available was very nice! It had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would stay again. Thumbs up!!!

We were very pleased with this condo and the hosts. The appliances, dishes, cookware, bedding, towels, decor, furniture and little balcony were all top notch. They even provided snacks, k-cups, and specialty teas for us. The s’more kit was a neat welcome too. There were even high end shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided for us. An added bonus was that the condo was on ground level ~no stairs~! This made access easy for our littles. It was perfect for our little family. We had an issue with the fob for the pool gate and they were quick to resolve the issue. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The chairs were super comfy and they even provided a candle that added to the ambience of being outside. This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The hosts get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will definitely book with them again in the future and highly recommend Jason and Sarah and their beautiful little condo.

I can’t say enough about the entire experience. For a first timer it was wonderful and a perfect experience! The condo was better than described and much more affordable than the surrounding options!
