The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

You’ll love my place because of peaceful, natural, creative sensibilities throughout this newly renovated apartment - a blend of interesting and unique elements from my travels. This space is perfect for anyone looking for solace, and a respite from the everyday life.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This is the upper floor/unit of a two level house. The entire house can also be rented for larger groups. The apartment has been entirely refinished on the inside with all new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, updated bathroom and combines contemporary with shabby chic.

Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from LR college, just half a mile from the YMCA, and within walking distance to some of hickory's favorite restaurants including Fourk, Backstreets and Starbucks. The 215 is pet friendly, we do require a $20 pet fee.
