We are 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer. Our back area stays at around 70 degrees in the winter. This was a cattleman's bunkhouse at the turn of the century and is located on the San Jacinto/Santa Rosa National Monument. It borders with the San Bernardino National Forest and is across the highway from hiking and equestrian trails.

Tarquin was very responsive to questions and needs. The house was very quiet, and our privacy was respected. There is a breakfast area with the usual appliances, coffee, tea, and instant oatmeal packets. We took advantage of the oatmeal, and and he provided a few extra things that were tailored to our needs. Everything worked well. The room temperature was always comfortable, on hot days and some cool nights. We were there for events at UC Riverside. It's an easy 15 minute drive. The folder for the room includes restaurant recommendations. There is a great Sushi place 4 minutes by car from the house. The neighborhood is nice for a morning walk.

This house is so beautiful with big windows in the back to take in the gorgeous view. The house was clean and well maintained. This house is also only about 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, which made it very convenient for us. I highly recommend this house!!

Summit Cabin on the Rocks was awesome. High on the hills above Fallbrook, the tiny home feels wonderfully private yet is still a quick drive to town, and only an hour from San Diego. The property is cleverly laid out: an airy open-plan tiny house, well equipped outdoor kitchen that we fully utilized, and a couple of very special outdoor spaces with amazing views. It's an idyllic setting for connecting with nature, unplugging and recharging. Communication with Christopher was prompt and friendly; check-in was simple, as was check-out. If you’re looking for a peaceful, design-forward retreat with five-star hospitality, book this tiny house.

the place can accommodate many people as there are 6 bedrooms that all have locks. the bedrooms all have mini-splits in them. the main part of the house the was set below 60 and it was cold to shower. but other than that it was a great place with a nice kitchen area. and a good location with many good places to eat local cuisine nearby.

Wow!!! This was above and beyond what I imagined. The speaker system, the lighting, the detail, the cleanliness...I could go on and on. This was the best stay I've ever had. Please do us all a favor and keep the place immaculate. Take your shoes off like they ask. I want to return to this place someday. Let's keep it a gem. Host was super friendly, explained how things worked. Romeo the dog was a delight, keeping my 5 year old entertained. We have had a very stressful couple of months, and this was super refreshing. Thabk you so much!
