I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Our stay at Selina's was very nice, we really enjoyed the apartment and the complex with pool. Morcote is a beautiful place and from Selina's apartment you can quickly get to the old town. The private access to the lake with lawn is very comfortable. The apartment has a direct view of Lake Lugano, is equipped with everything you need and Selina was always available to us. I'm sure we'll be back😍

Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem. Everyone says it’s even better than the photos—and they’re right. The view is stunning, and the lake is literally just across the street. Parking is super easy and just a minute or two walk away. The place itself was a total surprise: spacious, spotless, full of light, and with everything you need. It’s clear the layout was thoughtfully opened up—feels like a high-end modern loft, but with a warm, eclectic interior. We instantly felt at home. Gabriele, Thamanja, and Andrea were incredible hosts: professional, super responsive, friendly, and helpful at every step. You can feel they really care. Porto Ceresio itself is a beautiful area with so much charm and nature to explore. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat. Five stars aren’t enough—thank you for such a memorable stay!

Staying at Lena’s Apt was amazing. A beautiful big apartment with everything you could possible need. It was home away from home. The view was out of this world it was like a postcard. Lena was so gorgeous and kind. We really relaxed and recharged. Slept so well in the big comfy bed. Cooked lovely meals and enjoyed the views. Down load the Fairtiq for the bus. So easy to use. Get no 2 bus from station and last stop is at Lenas apt. Walked 15 mins to supermarket and got no 2 bus back. Walked 20 mind to Lido which has beach pools, restaurant bar for a great day out and got no 2 bus back. An absolutely fantastic stay will definitely be back 3 nights not long enough. 💕

What a beautiful apartment looking over the lake. The location is quiet and relaxing. We stayed for 4 nights and explored the area it was easy to get around. The apartment has everything you could ask for. Patrizia & GianFranco were great hosts and very responsive. We hope to return again.

The coffee was excellent - a real treat in the morning ☀️ Another highlight was the fantastic view of the lake from the balcony - full of energy, peace and natural beauty that touched our souls. Late summer vacation in Morcote in nice weather and in quiet surroundings. Apartment as new, high standard of furniture, appliances, laundry. Walk-in wardrobe. Spacious bathroom and everything very clean. Well suited for two persons. The tank house door protects against unwanted visits ;-) The very small balcony, equipped with two chairs and a table, invites you to briefly linger. Excellent restaurants are just below the apartment. Surroundings invite you to hikes, walks, swim in the lake. Public transport and boat dock are located just below the apartment. The only minus: Provider did not provide us with a guest card for shipping. This is because guests drive for free. We really enjoyed our break in Morcote and would be happy to come back.
