Great 4 bedroom apartment with built-in closets all of them and two recently renovated bathrooms, kitchen with office, living room and terrace ideal for large families with good access to the city center. A/C in every room and living room. dishwasher,, fridge, oven, iron,,,, coffee maker,, coffee maker,,, toaster. Disabled facilities, elevator. The flat is located in the Moratalaz Residential Neighborhood. Surrounded by shopping area. Carrefour Express Supermarket in front of the house. In the same square where the house is located there are buses that take you to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the areas of Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha respectively. Also at the door of the building is the taxi stand. The Vinateros metro stop is a 5 minute walk away. Behind the building is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for having a drink and for the children to play. There is a park within a 5-minute walk away.

Nice apartment for disconnecting (with parking)

Ideal apartment, which is rented completely, to rest after a day of sightseeing in Madrid. Although it is not in the center, it is very well connected thanks to bus lines 20 and 141 and metro line 1, which leaves you in Sol in ten minutes. Nice apartment, well equipped, with WiFi and TV, shower with screen, Nespresso and small breakfast included. The neighborhood is quiet and preserves the traditional spirit of popular Madrid. Free private parking space available.

The master bedroom has everything you need for long stays, and the small one has enough for one person, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is small but functional (newly renovated) and has everything you need. Although it says that it is for 5 people due to the sofa bed in the living room, the ideal is three people

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport. When I first arrived in Madrid, I was lost and arrived later than the check-in time, but they kindly told me how to get to the accommodation and how to enter the accommodation when I first arrived. Even though communication between us wasn't smooth, it was covered enough by the automatic translation of the app, and I think I checked out after staying in a comfortable and safe accommodation. :) It's a little far from Sol Station, the main station in Madrid, and Granvia Station, but you can go to the same subway line at once, and anyway, I was very satisfied with the accommodation in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with good security and satisfaction.

The stay was excellent. I recommend it, the host is very responsive by message. The accommodation is 6 min from the metro, there are nice restaurants around. The Neighborhood is peaceful. Accommodation matches the photos, the welcome was excellent. I felt right at home. Don't hesitate. Next time I come to Madrid, I'll be in the same place. thank you again

Really great accommodation, Antoine is really welcoming and kind. He answered to all of my questions and gave me good recommendations. The place was nice and quiet what’s important for me. Location didn’t bothered me at all, because there were bus stop and metro station near the apartment and I like to explore not only the city centre.
