The flat is near of Eggelsberg (5 min) and 15 min away from Mattighofen (KTM). Beautiful Mattsee and Seeham are reachable within 20 min. You can reach Salzburg via the Lokalbahn within 1 hour. The flat is at a very silent and beautiful place, where you can perfectly relax. Thank to the separate kitchen you can cook your own meals and eat at the balcony. Although it is only 40 min away from Salzburg, you are very close to many attractions and it offers a very positive price-value relation.

Here you will find peace and quiet while hiking or cycling at the Holzöstersee, Ibmer Moor, on the Salzach. The Mozart city of Salzburg is only 25 km away and can be easily reached (only a 12-minute walk to the train station with P&R parking) by local train. A beautiful garden and two balconies upstairs invite you to relax and grill.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Beautifully located with lake views, you will find our house in Seeham on Lake Obertrum. The apartment is newly renovated and has a double bedroom, shower/toilet and a living area with kitchen. Our house is centrally located in the lake area and is also easily accessible by public transport. The stop is 70 meters away. Parking is available to guests. For bicycles, there is a lockable garage. Next door is a riding stable.

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.
