Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

A modern kitchen showcases dark cabinetry with diamond-patterned doors and a spacious countertop. Stainless steel appliances, including an oven and refrigerator, are prominently featured. A small cutting board is seen on the counter, and a window allows natural light to enhance the cooking space.

Everyone will enjoy this unique spacious area. The main gathering room is Giant w/75" TV & over 200 online movies, Hot/Cold Water Dispenser, Central Heat, Air & mini-split. 3 Queen Beds, 2 Twins, 2 sleeper Sofas & 2 XL cots. 3 keyed BR's + 2 more with twins... 1 is in laundry room. This is an older home in many respects with only 1 bathroom. However it is inviting for from 1-12. Extra folding chairs & tables. This is a sort of duplex w/ myself on 1 side so I am readily available if needed. TY!

We are SMOKE & PET FREE! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful farmhouse. Enjoy quiet evenings and Oklahoma sunsets. Wildlife graze the farmland with good views right out the dining room window. Plenty of parking available. Mark grew up on this farm and his grandparents built the home. The farm was once a Grade A Dairy and the dairy barn is now an upgraded Airbnb stay also. The property has a Generac generator in case of power outage, as well as a storm cellar in case of severe weather.

Enjoyed the stay. Was gone prior to dawn and returned late in the evening. Quiet (except for the 50 mph winds!!) and slept really well. The mattress in the master bedroom was perfect! Look forward to staying there the next time we are in town. Would highly recommend Kathy’s place. Scott M.

Kimberly was super friendly and responsive. This is one of the best AirBNB’s in Woodward. The garage space during the storms was a plus!
