So friendly and helpful. Beautiful appartment, all functioning as described. Definitely on my top 5 list of places to stay. We loved our stay at Francesco's apartment. It is comfortable, spacious, well located and very well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need and details that make it even better. Additionally, Francesco is a very good host. He was always in touch with us, he helped us with our check-in and during our stay. We definitely recommend it and would choose it again.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful apartment, specially for motorsport enthusiasts. We spent 3 nights while attending a motorsport event at Monza and could not have hoped for a better place to stay - it's close to the circuit, well connected and has all the amenities. AC works well which was a blessing in the heat. Great restaurants, takeaways and supermarket close by. Wonderful host, responsive, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended! This accomodation was clear with instructions on how to get in and the actual area of the apartment was quite large and modern and I was met with a freezing cold can of coke and water in the fridge which boosted my experience. I enjoyed my stay and the Corvetto subway station was 2 minute walk away and a 20 minute ride to the central station. There is also a mini Mart next door for you basic food and drinks.

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Public transport into the inner city was nearby as well as a supermarket. Everything was perfect for us. Grazie mille…

Paola was very helpful and always a message away, she offered to hold our luggage before check in while cleaning from previous customers. Francesca was amazing. Super helpful with everything. She met us at the apartment when we checked in, showed us into the building and where everything was in the apartment. She said we could use everything in the cupboards and fridge if we wished! It is located right in the heart of the lively Navigli area which has some great restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had a place with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a crib… even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of small touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer… And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, that would really be the cherry on top. But otherwise, everything was great, a real slice of heaven

Excellent stay! Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the balcony of the apartment, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and thus has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by lots of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Great lake view, clean apartment. The surroundings are also great to explore by car! Without it, it is rather difficult, as the place is unfortunately not really walkable. We had a very relaxing and beautiful vacation there!
