Vivienda de 150m en una sola planta ello hace que tenga un encanto especial y sea muy cómoda. La piscina es ideal para niños dispone de varias alturas en escalones, piscina de 9mx3,5m. podrán disfrutar de una buena barbacoa Pueden relajarse jugando un billar americano o disfrutando de una siesta en la tumbona que esta colgada de los árboles. Cocina grande y muy funcional con una cafetera exprés . No se permite grupo de jóvenes,fiestas o cualquier evento que moleste a los vecinos.

Rustic Home in Montserrat

This rustic home situated in a secluded valley in Montserrat National Park, 60km from Barcelona was built after the Napoleonic wars. The legend has it that it was built with money stolen from the corpses of the defeated French soldiers after the battle of El Bruc. I rebuilt the house from a near ruin, respecting the original structure in 1992. I have decorated it with a notable and very personal collection of art. There is a picturesque view from every window.

Large 1800-built house: families, groups, retreats

La casa es sencillamente maravillosa. Por fuera no te imaginas toda la magia que encierra esa puerta de madera. La decoración rústica, las plantas, los enormes espacios abiertos, te invitan a no querer salir de la casa y que te encuentres completamente conectada al resto de la casa y a todas las personas que están en la casa. El que cada habitación tenga su propio baño es un regalazo. Los dos patios son preciosos y muy acogedores. La zona muy tranquila. Y las vistas a Montserrat desde la casa, son espectaculares. Esperamos poder volver prontito. Gracias Sonia por todo.

Our family of four had a great time staying in Miguel’s house for a week. He was always available to answer questions. And Macu who was there to welcome us on arrival, was equally helpful, even popping over with a battery for a remote. There was plenty of space. The sofa seating outside by the pool was great for reading and playing cards. The pool was large, and the jacuzzi added to the fun. The large picture windows were brilliant for taking in the stunning Montserrat mountains. What a view! That’s reason enough to stay there. But in practical terms, Collbato is a quiet town, with its main claim to fame being the ‘entrance’ to the Massif. The house is on a residential street looking down on the town. The local supermarket had everything we needed and we enjoyed Miguel’s recommendation for the nearby restaurant Vinyanova. It was quite the experience. From the house we visited the Montserrat monastery, Barcelona and Sitges. The rest of the week we were happy to relax at the house.

Experiencia increíble en este apartamento precioso! Desde el momento en que llegamos, el dueño nos hizo sentir como en casa. La atención y amabilidad fueron excepcionales. El apartamento es hermoso, limpio y perfectamente equipado. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todos los lugares que queríamos visitar. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y relajados durante nuestra estancia. ¡Recomendamos al 100% este apartamento y al dueño! If we could give the castle 10 stars, we would! None of us wanted to leave. The castle with view and surroundings was beautiful and peaceful. Our kids loved learning the history of the castle and of Spain in general from Marc, the host. Marc was always available with anything we needed. We hiked 3 trails from the castle which Marc recommended and we loved them all. The kids enjoyed exploring the castle and property around the castle. They all say it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed! Thank you Marc! We hope to come back one day!:)

L’appartement de Rosaura est vraiment très agréable. Les équipements et matériaux sont de qualité. La décoration est originale. On s’est vite senti comme chez nous. Une terrasse très agréable. Les banquettes lit du salon ont tout à fait convenu à nos 2 grands enfants. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Mansera Alta qui permet de rejoindre Barcelone notamment. Rosaura est une hôte très réactive.
