My best airbnb experience ever! Staying with Mimi is like staying with your long lost Canadian grandmother! She's so warm and welcoming and full of great local knowledge and suggestions. I felt so at home with her. the area is also really nice, it's definitely on the more quiet side but there are some really cool cafes nearby (I loved the surf themed one and the cat cafe) and transport links to the city are good. I felt like I got a really authentic local experience I wouldn't have had without Mimi. Definitely get Mimi to share her thrift stores suggestions with you, it was a great day out! In terms of the room, the bed was very comfortable and had everything you needed. 100% recommended!

Very spacious. Great communication, clear instructions. No free parking assigned but there are meter parking right in front of the units and they were free at night only which was that what we needed because we were out all day. You can hear car drove by at night that could wake you up. The dark blinds would help for those windows on the street side. Ovens didn’t work but there was air fryer to get some job done. Over all. It was a great stay.

Our stay at the Bakan residence was splendid! The location was ideal for those looking for something to do. There is a parking garage down the road and you can buy a 3 day pass for $69.00. We left our cars and took Uber around town. We walked to McGill which was about 20 min walk. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely be staying here again!!

We loved the place. I lived in Verdun for a long time and now that I no longer live there, I like to go back from time to time. The accommodation is close to Wellington Street and a metro station, parking is easy. It was really perfect. A secure code to enter the Airbnb, a code for the bedroom, a clean and modern private bathroom. Access to the shared kitchen where there was more than necessary. Several rooms were booked during our stay, but it remained very quiet, we did not hear the other visitors. Michelle is full of little touches. We really enjoyed the place and will return for our next stays in Verdun without hesitation.

Very nice man introduced himself the second day place was very clean but far away from Montreal city centre. Just beware the bed is very squeaky and there is quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Beautiful place. Despite the exterior renovations, the interior was super tidy and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom pristine and the kitchen very convenient. The river view needs to be better during the summer.
