Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! New rental, completely renovated and very well-located. Lake Annecy is less than 10 minutes (about 4 km) and the nearest ski resorts are 20 minutes away. Many leisure activities nearby, such as paragliding, canyoning, hiking and many more... The bike path that allows you to go around the lake, is accessible from the village.
