Ideal for short break, to cut your journey or perhaps a romantic break. Please note that the 2nd bedroom is situated on top floor and access is via very steep stairs. Small garden just opposite the house for further chilling!

Has an entrance, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room and a toilet. 10 min from the A71 and RCEA, you will have no trouble parking your vehicle in the private land of the house. The house also has an outbuilding that allows you to safely park a 2-wheeler or a bike.

This pretty, comfortable and renovated townhouse is located in a quiet area, close to all shops. Ideal for 4-6 people, the house is a stone's throw from the CNCS and a few minutes' walk from the historic center. Parking is very easy and totally free in front of the house. The accommodation does not have an outdoor area but is very close to the banks of Allier, which have recently been fitted out with playgrounds and barbecues.

Located in a quiet area, you will find shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy...) as well as very good restaurants. To do on site: walks along the Berry Canal, Tronçais Forest a few kilometers away, visit to the Mupop of Montluçon, walks in "old Montluçon", medieval village of Hérisson.

For 2 years, we have been awarded the label 'art village'. Our cottage is 10 kms from Montluçon, 20 kms from Néris les Bains (spa town), 25 kms from the forest of Tronçons, motorway exit at 15 kms.
