Completely renovated townhouse, in the heart of the historic district of Semur-en-Auxois. At the foot of the collegiate church, close to shops and the city's top sights, you'll enjoy charming accommodation on three levels: on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a small sofa bed, a dining area, toilet. On the 1st floor, a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a reading corner or convertible work space. On the 2nd floor, a bathroom and a dressing area

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Emile's house renovated farmhouse

Ou 'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. This home, renovated by us, is located in the heart of the Morvandelle countryside. You will find calm and relaxation, with the lake of Pannecière within walking distance and many hiking trails. Lac des Settons is about a 30-minute drive away. Château-Chinon is 7min. Beautiful interior spaces, the house has 2 bedrooms (upstairs) each with a mezzanine. An outdoor area with a barbecue available. 🚭‼️

The Avallon watchtower

Very close to the historic city center and right next to the ramparts, the accommodation has all the amenities. Located on a very quiet street with little traffic, it offers a very nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is for 4 people (1 bed and a 140 cm sofa). To host animals, please contact us. P.S.: Regarding Covid-19, we ask our guests to drop the laundry in the basket on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber optic internet.

Green cocoon for a romantic getaway

In a village located on the Burgundy Canal and surrounded by a magnificent landscape, this pretty little bright house overlooks an enclosed green space, seen from a huge bay window. In this former carpenter's workshop, Cécile's paintings and sculptures are on display. An original place, restored with taste and sympathy.
