Esther and Kory were wonderful hosts. We had a comfortable stay. The beds were to our satisfaction. We loved the accommodations and patio. Sadly, we didn’t realize there was a sauna until last minute lol. Thank you for your hospitality. 10/10 recommend.

Mesa Verde + WiFi + Fire Pit +Durango!

SharonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our teenage boys loved the house. They had fun playing with the soft target. Mom was impressed with the cleanliness. A fun, cute place put away from everything. But close to some cool ruins that we were easy to get to. We loved the binder with all the fun ideas for things to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook . Thank you.

We've stayed here several times and it's always great! This home is just secluded enough to let you know that you're out of town---but only a few minutes to go in for dinner or whatever. You won't go wrong staying here. Great hosts!!

Lakeview Farmhouse

WestonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Amazing farmhouse stay right in the neighborhood of Mesa Verde. 4 bedrooms and an open living space . . . I wish we could have stayed longer. The kids loved all the farm animals and being greeted by cats, chickens and geese. Lana and family were extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with our camper and her whole family came out to help. I am pretty sure her kids have more handyman skills in one finger than I do in my whole body 😄 .Great, down to earth people and a great stay.

Cool apartment on hidden gem land near Mesa Verde

SteveRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Just gorgeous! We looked for a last minute airbnb after our first reservation didn't work out. We got the 2 bedroom suite #11. It is roomy, with a kitchen and all new, very nicely appointed touches. They provided water since the water there isn't potable. They provided nice local coffee beans with fresh tidy kitchen accessories. The town of Cortez is not too far and we found some good Mexican food and Farm to Table. The lodge on this property is wonderful! The style is very peaceful and quiet. The vibe is very Zen like. We met one of the hosts, Allison, who couldn't have been more helpful. She pointed out where ruins were right on the property. She talked with my husband a lot regarding the history of the ruins and artifacts. Besides that, it was full privacy. One of the nights we picked up dinner at the grocery store and cooked in. This way we got to watch the sunset from our own private porch.

Great Home on the Shores of the Dolores River.

AprilRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had trouble with the lockbox not working but Bill and Monica were responsive. There was a slight delay and a little bit of worry but it was all taken care of within 30 minutes. The home is lovely! Sleeping with the windows open next to the river was cooling and induced a deep sleep. I love sitting on the patio and bird watching in the morning.

Cille's off grid home was lovely. it was a very comfortable stay for all of us in our party. we were traveling with three children and they loved playing on the land. it was amazing. we would definitely stay here again. Even though it's off-grid the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. there was plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen to be able to cook without having to buy pots and pans. It's super quiet at this rental. I highly recommend it.

Mountain Home in Dolores, Pet Friendly, Big Views!

BradRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This was our favorite property we've ever had as an airbnb guest. The property's pictures maybe didn't even do it justice; when we were looking for a property with open space and good for our two doggos, it looked like the property was pretty flat, but open. It isn't really flat the 40 acres had hills and fun natural barriers out from the patio. The views were INCREDIBLE no matter where you were sitting. The property was extremely clean. Fun welcome basket for Easter and consistent friendly communication. You could hear a pin drop, it was so quiet. We just marveled at how "alone" we felt. Also, we were pleasantly surprised that the property is gated and fenced; it felt secluded and safe. We also saw a couple deer on the property one morning. Lastly, there's lots to do near this property. Mesa Verde is about 25 min away, and Dolores and Cortez had fun restaurants and we did a great hike north of Dolores (Boggy Draw). If you want a quiet vacay, you need to consider the property!

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the river and close to many beautiful trails. The cabin itself was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the dog-friendly atmosphere—there were even nearby trails perfect for walking our pup.

Historic Renovated Home and Cabin on 300 Acres - H

MeganRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This was a beautiful location! The facilities were great and the surrounding nature was stunning. Both kitchens were fully stocked with everything needed to cook a big dinner for the family. Plenty of towels, linens, and pillows were provided. It was truly such a nice space with so much room for our whole family. The AC could have been a bit better in some of the rooms, even with the windows open at night, it was still pretty hot (in a few of the rooms, not all of them). Our only disappointment was the hot tub, it really needed a cleaning.

Ranch at Mesa Verde +Phil's World +Hot Tub+ Views

DanaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The house is absolutely charming and very welcoming. Super clean and as photographed. It is a tiny space, but would be perfect for a couple or someone with young children. We were 4 adults and it was a bit too small for us, but that was completely our fault for misreading the listing. Adam was super helpful and responsive, amazing stargazing and I would absolutely stay there again, especially for a couples getaway or to disconnect! Very private and secluded, and off the beaten path, but only 15 minutes from town with lots to do!

My daughter and 10 of her friends had an incredible time for their senior trip in Durango! Thank you so much to Ashley for being so accommodating and willing to host eleven teenagers. They said the house was clean and beautiful, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had. The house has any amenities you need, and is a short distance from town.

Lakeview Paradise

KimberlyRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Wonderful private location with beautiful stunning views and we found it very convenient and relaxing having the fenced area off the deck for our dogs. The lake provided a peaceful view from the house and deck and we enjoyed seeing the boats and water-skiers. This location is really dreamy and we found the house and furnishings to be in great shape. Mark provided special effort when something was left behind by us and mailed it promptly to our home address. Thanks so much Mark! Overall a very nice and pleasant experience!!
