We had a great stay. The house is neat and spacious. The yard was relaxing and the water peaceful. Deborah met us and showed us the house. We enjoyed having a rental cat for a few days too. We walked to shopping and it was a quick drive to the beach.

La casa muy limpia y extremadamente comoda! Veronica estuvo muy comunicativa. El lugar cerca de todo caminando y cerca del parque Rodo que es hermoso.

Мы провели в этом доме прекраснейшие четыре месяца. Нас было трое взрослых и два кота — всем было комфортно с самого первого дня. Дом просторный, хорошо оборудован, есть по большей части стабильный интернет и всё необходимое для жизни в первые дни. Всё, что нужно дополнительно — легко купить в одном из множества магазинов поблизости. Газ мы заказывали сами, хозяин дома, Хосе подсказал, как это сделать. Район спокойный и приятный, перед домом всегда было много свободных парковочных мест. За всё время проживания не произошло ни одного инцидента. Хосе, всегда был на связи, доброжелателен, отзывчив и готов помочь по любому вопросу. Уезжали с самыми тёплыми воспоминаниями!

Sabela fue una excelente anfitriona: muy amable, comunicativa y flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida.

El depto de Valeria es fantástico! Muy bien ubicado, nos movimos a pie a todos lados, a todos los atractivos turísticos. Recorrimos el barrio a totalidad, caminamos la rampla y nos perdimos en la maravilla de las calles aledañas. Sobre el depto, un interiorismo bien pensado, cama y almohadas de primera calidad, espacios acogedores que te hacen vivir calidamente. Buena calefacción. Estuvimos mas de 1 mes en el depto haciendo vida cotidiana y estuvo perfecto. Un espacio atractivo, muy pero muy recomendable!

We loved this home. The place was spacious with big windows on a quiet street. The internet worked just fine, which I needed for work. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed (buses, grocery stores, beach, cafes, etc). We would definitely stay here again.

María foi é uma excelente anfitriã que proporcionou tudo que precisaríamos pada a viagem. Tínhamos horários de chegada e saída diferentes dos padrões e ela flexibilizou para que ficasse tudo ok. A acomodação é excelente para quem busca uma viagem tranquila e um ambiente bom para uma parrilla. Gostamos muito!

Já fomos a Montevideo diversas vezes, mas essa foi especial. O apartamento de Walter e Eduardo é fantástico. Não tive contato com o Eduardo, mas Walter, um gentleman, foi maravilhoso. O apartamento fica em Punta Carretas, em frente ao Parque Rodó e Museu de Artes visuais, com transporte para qualquer lugar da capital uruguaia a poucos metros de caminhada. O charme da habitação é a possibilidade de ter todas as praticidades modernas com um ar de viagem no tempo, dada a idade do imóvel e também da decoração, de extremo bom gosto, escolhida por Walter e Eduardo. Vão a Montevideo? Fiquem nessa habitação.

excellent séjour chez Diego ! cependant nous avons été reçu par Gonzalo qui a fait le maximum pour rendre notre arrivée agréable et confortable. il nous a listé les endroits à visiter et pour manger. l'appartement est super avec une belle terrasse. A recommander chaudement!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Léo ! On s'y sent tout de suite comme à la maison avec les nombreux équipements, l’aménagement des pièces, la décoration personnelle, les épices dans la cuisine. Et surtout : tout le logement est baigné de lumière tout au long de la journée, on s'y sent vraiment bien ! Léo est même très réactif quand on a besoin de son aide et très sympathique ! Je le recommande à 110% ! :D

Localização ótima, supermercado e shopping na frente, muitos restaurantes na região e próximo à rambla. Proprietários agradabilíssimos, solícitos e prontos para nos auxiliar em tudo que foi possível. Montevideo foi uma grata surpresa! Retornaremos!

La casa es hermosa! Mucho mas linda en persona es bien grande. El barrio es bien tranquilo nos encanto! Cristian es excelente! Tuvimos un problemita con la piscina pero nos soluciono enseguida! 100% recomendable. Volveremos pronto

La casa era tal cual las fotos, el lugar sumamente tranquilo y seguro, Vilma la encargada del alojamiento siempre al pendiente, tratandonos con mucho cariño y amabilidad. Hermoso todo! Volvemeriamos Una 1 mil vecez más Gracias.

Stunning, just like in the photos. Martin is very helpful. Neighborhood may look rough around the edges, but I stayed for a month and had zero problems, even coming back late at night. Location is convenient to lots of things. I recommend: Las Cabras cafe; Candy Bar (lunches; tapas menu in the evenings ); Macoco “books and coffee” out on Maldonado. I rented bikes several times from El Bici Club Uruguayo and rode on the Rambla, which is great and was recently profiled in the New York Times. El Callejón, a tango and flamenco bar, is very nearby. The best way to walk to the Old City is on Soriano. Within the Old City (Ciudad Vieja) a lot feels touristy but go directly to either Cafe Brasileiro or better yet, another lunch place, La Farmacia (they are quite close to each other). You won’t regret it.

There are beautiful houses for rent, but also the are beautiful house with soul for rent. And this house is absolutely the one having a soul. Every little detail inside and outside is made with love. You can feel how the owners take care of the property and do everything possible to make it cosy and bright! It’s a family house, perfect equipped with all the necessary appliance starting from lots of kitchen utilities till lots of toys for the kids. Super good mattress, we’ve been speeding as never before. Good hot water pressure, it was important for us. Fireplace, good internet, awesome terrace, barbecue, sunrise view... pure love!!! Heated floor and a/c is absolutely useful now in winter. At the beginning it was a bit cold but starting from the second day of our stay the temperature inside the house was set to very comfortable level. The territory of the complex is absolutely fantastic. Security 24/7, children playgroud, pool, gym, football camp and places to walk. We’ve spent amazing time in this house, really, we didn’t even want to go outside, so we invited our friends to visit us just for not to leave the house:) absolutely adorable place! Highly recommended to everybody! Thank you once again Martin and Maria for your warm welcoming and kindness to me and my family! Will be happy to come back ASAP! Thanks to you I met different Uruguay (if you know what I mean;) Wish you lots of happiness and health! You did great job! Hope to see you soon!

Mi primera experiencia en Airbnb, debo admitir que al principio me daba cosa alquilar ya que somos dos mujeres jovenes, pero el anfitrión super amable y simpático. Estuvimos 3 días y 2 noches, pudimos llevar a nuestros hermanos a pasar un rato, obvio consultamos acerca de ello antes, pasamos muy lindo, la piscina estaba divina, mucho espacio verde, el villar excelente, se nos dió nuestro espacio y privacidad, la cocina completa a disposición, la estadía fue maravillosa, ya al último día hubieron invitados del anfitrión que estuvieron toda la tarde, (nos dió un poco de verguenza socializar con ellos, ya que no esperabamos gente desconocida). Les recomiendo ir en vehiculo ya que para ir a algun almacen queda a 5 min en auto. Asimismo, estuvo excelente la estadía, volveríamos a ir sin duda.

Tanto el alojamiento como el trato de su anfitrión, Martin, son excelentes. La casa es hermosa y siempre se encuentra en condiciones agradables. Martin siempre estuvo a disposición para todo lo que necesite. Puedo afirmar que volvería, sin siquiera pensarlo, a este alojamiento.

Mejor que lo visto en las fotos, casa muy bien equipada y con un entorno muy amigable.
