Posizione bellissima, a 300 metri ci sono le spiagge; si attraversa una pineta e si arriva al mare. A 1 km c'è il centro città. Sono vicinissimi i campi da tennis, diving center, noleggio bici e a 500 metri si svolge l'ATP Croatia Open Umag. A 500 metri c'è il primo supermercato.
