A 25,000 m2 site and a 3-bedroom house (2 en-suites + 1 bedroom), +1 mezzanine, located at the top of Serra de Santa Bárbara, São Francisco Xavier, 9 km from the center, far from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to enjoy all the peace and tranquility in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the region. We often receive visits from macaws, parrots, toucans, etc. At night, the sky is the most beautiful planetarium. Note: Vivo's Wi-Fi presented instability during one of the stays and was replaced by satellite internet.

Safe, quiet location with lots of nature, 1 km from downtown Santo Antônio do Pinhal and 12 km to the entrance of Campos do Jordão. It has very well built pet space with access to home!!! The house has 2 very comfortable balconies. Tasteful with lots of glass, antiquarian doors and windows, cedar-coated ceiling! On a dead end!Easy to access.
