Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We were able to enjoy 5 relaxing nights at this place. The location in the historic old town of Bolsena was wonderful. Countless bars, restaurants and shops are right in the area. If you're looking for a special place to stay, this is the place to be. Check in and check out went smoothly, as did communication with hosts. As a Bolsena lover, the property and of course the area is always worth a trip.

House well beyond expectations, very quiet area, surrounded by very kind people. The house itself is much better than in the photos,very bright, the kitchen offers all the comforts you may need, the dining area comfortable and spacious, the spacious bedrooms, comfortable and well organized bathrooms. The whole house is well cleaned and with the addition of accessories such as soap, washing machine, cleaning material, which make the welcome at home. Raffaella is beautiful, very kind, ready to help and advise, immediately responsive in her responses and to meet everyone's needs. Let's not forget the beautiful terrace and the large garden equipped with a large pool that I had the pleasure of being able to try. Fastello is a small frazione close to many areas of culture and Montegrotto that offers everything. Also the bus stop is a few steps away. Staying here was a pleasure.

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Ivana’s place was perfectly located. Very convenient to everything. Easy to get to. Very clear directions. Everything you could want just moments from your doorstep for essentials, food, pharmacy, great little wine bars and restaurants. Ivana was welcoming and her apartment was great for basing ourselves n the area as we did for several weeks. Viterbo has a great vibe and we felt like locals which is just the experience we wanted.

Studio apartment with parking and private garden, 5 meters from the lake. It has all the essentials to make you feel at home and even a few more touches such as the drying rack and hair dryer, soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, and not to be overlooked, bottles of water in the fridge. Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to explore the Lazio region.

Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Super satisfied with our stay. Valentina was immediately available and responsive in communicating. The accommodation is kept extremely clean. The area is quiet and you can get to the center of Viterbo in a few minutes. In the case of a return, we know where to stay.
