It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-burning oven and near the old fire pit for the squeezing of grapes. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance of Valle Vigezzo, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

The accommodation is an old restored stable, aged 1672, used for the horse change. The village is close to the most important ski resorts of Ossola Valley, Monte Rosa, Premia Spa with hot springs, Toce Waterfall and Lake Maggiore.
