We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

We are so glad we booked this place. It is central to Tivoli and just a 5 minute walk to one of the Villas. The view from the window is fantastic, and you have everything you need—kitchen, washer, bathroom, wifi, etc. It is a great deal and I would recommend staying here.

It was conveniently close to the city center with plenty of dining options. This place truly captured the essence of Italian living. Public transportation access made it easy to visit Rome from here. The views from the property were stunning, perfect for enjoying a coffee both in the morning and at night. Thanks so much it was great! An unusual and interesting apartment. Yes, there is a staircase, but this is also mentioned in the description. The terrace is magnificent! The hostess of the apartment is very sweet and responsive, speaks English well. There are cafes nearby, and the sights are also nearby. We liked it. Good luck!
