Very well located, comfortable Airbnb, all within walking distance from car park (for those renting cars) and from all the restaurants and sites within town. The real highlight though was the balcony which was genuinely amazing with wonderful views of the city. Chiara was very helpful and everything worked smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento en Peccioli. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es ideal para recorrer la Toscana. Las recomendaciones de estacionamiento, restaurantes y lugares turísticos fueron muy valiosas. Comme dit dans les précédents commentaires, idéalement situé au cœur de la Toscane pour sillonner chaque jour vers un endroit différent. Parking en face de la maison, il n'y a pas toujours de la place, il y a un autre parking à 200 mètres. Je suis venu 8 jours fin décembre. Quand je suis arrivé, il faisait 8 degrés dans l'appartement. L'appartement aurait dû être à bonne température pour mon arrivée. Donc première soirée bien fraîche... Un document de bienvenue et d'informations sur le fonctionnement de la maison, la gestion des poubelles, des sites alentours... serait apprécié. Pas de contact avec la propriétaire. Boîte à clé et pas de message de bienvenue ou intermédiaire durant le séjour. L'appartement est vaste, fonctionnel et a beaucoup de charme. Literie excellente. Au calme et très belle vue sur les Appennins.

We had a lovely stay in a clean, charming and comfortable apartment with all the amenities one needs. Communication throughout was excellent and we managed to check in early. We were shown around the apartment and all its facilities. Being on one level suited our 88 year old mother-in-law, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The local beach was lovely, lots of choice if public subbed, and a good range of boutique shops and restaurants was a plus.

Voor de derde keer mochten we verblijven in het Family Guest house bij Andrea en zijn familie, de ontvangst was zoals gewoonlijk gastvrij en liefdevol. We hebben hier een paar dagen gewerkt en ook daarvoor is het een uitstekende locatie. Verder is het huis een prima uitvalsbasis voor een wijntour, bezoek aan de mooiste plekken en steden in Toscane en het ligt een kleine drie kwartier van de kust. Een toplocatie!

I was genuinely sorry to leave and will certainly book with Dan again should I return to Florence in the future. Nicoletta war eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sogar, gegen eine geringe Gebühr, direkt in der Nähe einen Parkplatz vermittelt. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Herzlichen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Die perfekte Erholung nach einem Ausflug in die Stadt Florenz!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

Wie auch die anderen Gäste waren wir rundum zufrieden und wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine ganz wundervolle Familie. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man zum gut leben und für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und uns total wohl gefühlt. Francesco ist ein sehr charmanter, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, mit dem wir nette Gespräche hatten. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir die Fürsorge für Kinder. Unser Kind liebte die bereit gestellten Spielzeuge, den grossen Garten und die Katzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lorenzo et Francesca ,dans un petit village paisible où les habitants sont sympathiques.Le logement est atypique avec tout le confort adéquat. Dépaysement garantie, avec un coucher de soleil magnifique et une région aux paysages sublimes... Merci à Francesca et Lorenzo pour leurs bons conseils. Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

This has to be one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed it. The accommodation was luxurious in an absolutely stunning area of Tuscany. The rolling fields and cypress tree made a spectacular setting for this beautiful house. We had hired a car and this place was a 20 minute drive from Siena. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisa’s Montalcino Townhouse!! She met us upon arrival and gave great recommendations for wineries and restaurants. Attention to details in the home made it perfect and relaxing! Loved the back yard/patio in the evenings especially. She left us 2 bottles of wine, breakfast items, a basket of EU chargers and cords, and robes for the hot tub! It felt like home away from home and we hope to have a return visit! Thanks for thinking of everything we could need for our comfort and stay!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war perfekt und wir durften sogar früher ein- und später auschecken. Das Bad war klein, aber funktional. Leider war uns nachts trotz Klimaanlage zu warm, da das Bett direkt unter das Dach gebaut ist. Die Wasserpumpe war zudem recht laut (auch wenn kein Wasser lief). Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man kein Problem mit steilen Treppen hat :)

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Aida's place was wonderful! We loved everything about it. It's very spacious and decorated beautifully. The air-conditioning was fantastic to come home to after long days sightseeing in very warm weather. We highly recommend Aida's place for a "home away from home."

Andrea was a terrific host! He gave us clear instructions was very accommodating of our late arrival, super friendly, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment when we arrived. The place is really great! Very spacious, super clean, amazing view. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is very central to Siena - just a short walk to everything. We parked at the soccer stadium, which was small fee each day (we used the car each day and left it overnight - it’s more expensive if you just leave it there the whole time), and about a 8 minute walk to the apartment. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.
